Hello Bruno, 15 years old freshman here, I made and plated your cherry shaped dessert for my high school culinary final, thanks to your recipe I received 105% and was accepted to the pastry making team! Thought I wanted to share is with you, thank you Bruno! Stay safe.
Hey there. First off, congrats on your achievement last year! Secondly, I just wanted to chime in before it's too late and tell you NOT to go to a cooking school when you graduate high school. They're overrated, overpriced and a waste of time. You'd be much better off apprenticing under a pastry chef or an experienced baker. Offer them ten hours per week of unpaid labor in exchange for knowledge and guidance.
Draw up a little contract that says you're an intern and don't expect monetary compensation for a short period of two or three months. Renegotiate at the end of that period and see if they'd like to retain you with wages, or part ways on friendly terms with a few very strong references to put on your resume. Work as a dishwasher if you have to, just do not go into debt that you'll struggle to repay for the rest of your life. Save your credit for buying a house or a car.
If you do end up going to college, get a degree in business or environmental health. Throw down a couple hundred on a ServSafe certification course and a state license in sanitation if that state requires it. You typically cannot be a manager in a kitchen without one. Best of luck to you!

I just made this as a chocolate Fondue the other said and we ended up eating the banana more then we did the rest of the Fondue with the rest of the fruits I had prepared. It was so good with a mix of bourbon and rum
