Honestly, the gym advice is great! My first few gym sessions were going straight to the treadmill and getting comfortable with my surroundings. In the end, I would celebrate the fact that I showed up.

2. During dinner sit down, enjoy your plate and your the view of everyone enjoying themselves. I still cherish that moment.
3.Make sure you feed the bridal party when you guys get ready, its a long day!
4. Create envelopes with the tip for the vendors and ask a close person to be in charge of that the day of the wedding.

FTM here 👋🏼 Anytime I look down at my belly and see my loose skin and start to feel insecure I remember that my belly was once my little ones home. A mother’s body is something to be proud of. Our bodies are capable of so much!

What helped me was going to group trainings at my local gym. I learned new workouts and techniques. When I went to a REAL commercial gym I felt soooo good because I knew a routine already and it felt amazing. I am very shy too so it was hard but I felt proud of myself.

Hey Les! I love babies and yes that's different from wanting kids but now i wish i had more ! I had my first baby very young 19, and my 2nd with fertility help at 32 and last one when i was 39, that was a bonus! I can't imagine my life without them..If you're feeling that itch it doesn't have to be now but because you're eating healthy it makes a big difference in how you're body will react and how healthy the baby will be for later!
