its similair to Ole Ball at Man United (he was his assistant) : counter attacks, fast transitions from Defense to Attack with long balls, shooting at long range, scoring a lot of goals.
its not counter attacking football. Its called artificial counter attacks where you from the build up play starting from the goalkeeper drag the opponent in to then be able to find the spaces and quickly turn in it into to what looks like a counter attack. They often do this by overloading one side of the pitch to quickly switch sides with a longer ball, so its not simple counter attacking long ball football like ole

These clips aren't anything spectacular about the manager it's the players that found the right shots or passes. Could say he gives the team the confidence to get off these shots and play freely.

Tactical alone is not enough. If you watch this video, you will understand that these players are never going to get that so much space in the PL and most of the goals are consider a wonder goal. Not really their squad is basically made up of league one players and others that have been deemed not good enough at previous clubs, McKenna moulded them into a side that got 96 points - he should stay for at least another season and keep them up.

Low possession, progressive passing won't suit Enzo Fernandez's style and what he was bought for. McKenna is talented but doesn't look like an obvious fit for Chelsea. He's more like Poch whose side did better with Gallagher and without Fernandez.
