I never considered that WiFi was only half duplex. That is good to know. Thank you for that info.

About the half duplex thing , can data be sent and received at the same time with lower speed or one of the sides are gonna pause until the other side finishes ?
My router uses wifi6 tech with MIMO so I can't test it myself

Thanks for the good question! In a home WiFi situation, it's pretty much always half duplex. Basically, WiFi uses CSMA/CA to ensure that only a single device in the RF region transmits data at a time. There are special cases; for example, in a point-to-point wireless connection (such as between two buildings), you might be able to use a specific radio for transmit and another radio for receive, essentially improvising a full duplex connection. 👍

@@Behfor Honestly learn so much from you, please keep posting! Also which router would you recommend for Wi-Fi Asus ax88u pro or ax86u pro not interested in VLAN my house is open plan router will sit in the middle of the house top selve by it self. Or the Zenwifi pro xt12 1 pack? I've tried the lower end models like ax82u and tp link ax6000 Netgear nightawak rax120, unfortunately no joy with Wi-Fi. The Asus rog Ax6000 was absolutely amazing however the wifi didn't like it. Thank you!
