Having your units bribed by Dignitaries is truly the worst. I always level my Spies fully into the assassination tree just eliminate this threat as fast as possible. I don't mind the mechanic on principle, but - as all agent stuff in Rome 2 - it would be cool to have more ways to counter this. It would also be cool if you could actually bribe units to switch sides and not just disband. That always feels a bit lame, compared to the idea of bribe-collecting units from all over the world during a campaign.
