Is the power sensor in the spindle?
Are you supposed to be able to remove the battery door, on a single-sided Rally system, from the right pedal? I have never tried before, but when attempting to switch from XC style to RK style pedal bodies, I have stripped the hex slot on the right pedal batter door trying to remove it.
HI, last weekend i broke screw whos hangs the clips springs (GARMIN RALLY XC 100). i called garmin colombia support but he didn't give me a solution. please, how can i find this screw or where can i buy it? thanks for you answer
Can the left and right spindles be switched for a right-sided powermeter, for people with a stronger left leg?
I have the same question, for a "backwards" crank application. Danielle at Garmin product support, "Garmin chat" said "No, you cannot mount a left pedal body on a right-side spindle." I'm not sure why, the spindle and nut sure look interchangeable with the bodies in this video. Maybe the power measurement hardware and software is not set up for this.
@@larrylem3582 Threading is opposite on Left vs Right pedal
@@sch79 And in my backwards crank application, the left pedal is on the right side and the right pedal is on the left side (to match the crank). I swapped pedal bodies and found the Garmin 520 would not display power. So the issue is in the software/algorithms.

hello, when will you release a new version of the bike computer with some big screen like explore or 1030 plus?
Good morning, Kurtka! No word on anything yet. You can view all our new product announcements in our newsroom at garmin.com/newsroom. You can also submit ideas for new products to garmin.com/ideas.

Do the xc pedals have the same stack height as the Vector 3?
There is a slight difference: Vector is 12.2 Rally XC is 13.5 {IK}
if this is compatible with the single sided Vector 3S? Garmin lists compatibility with the RS, RK, and XC (both 100 and 200 variants) but only Vector 3 with no mention of whether that refers to the Vector 3 family or just the Vector 3
Hello, I have asked someone to double check on that for you. I will let you know once I hear back on that. I apologize for the inconvenience. -MR
@@GarminInt thanks!
I appreciate your patience, yes, you can upgrade to the Rally. It would be the Rally pedal bodies that you would buy separately, it will show in the vector 3s page on our website under "replacement parts": ms.spr.ly/6058k3IpM

Why isn´t there a flatpedal option for mountainbike?
We do not offer an option to convert pedals to a 'flat' style pedal. Please share you ideas with our team of innovators through this link: www.garmin.com/ideas

Who the hell is gonna do this?
People with more skill than money, like me.
Not exactly a simple or convenient process.
True, bought one pair of XCs having in mind to buy a set of look Keos bodies to swap depending on route. But seeing the procedure I changed my mind. It’s better to go with cranks power meters and normal pedals…
This is not practical to swap between bikes.
Wouldn’t it be easier just to remove the pedal and put it on your second bike?
