You guys have put together such a tight little system. This bike is very well thought out. It includes just enough to get you into some good performance at a great price, and the accessory platform lets you customize it to your needs. I'm 5'10" 178lbs, and this bike feels great. It rips! I'm a fanboy now.

Just got the Rip Racer Class 3 a few days ago and tested it yesterday: HOLY FRICKEN COW... This bike is amazingly fast! I kept reaching >20 mph on PSA 2. I had to dial it down PSA 1 or ECO mode. Even I had a helmet on, honestly I had a bit of fear running through my veins. Compared to my other eBike with 500w motor, it can't compare. I waited months to arrive but it was worth the wait. Just in time for summer to cruise to the beach and bars.

@@rentedduckliing I have Ecotric 26" Fat Tire eBike. I enabled Race Mode and it's fair to say there were fair amount of pedaling required. No worries for me. I performed my own speed test and I was able to top out the legal limit of a Class 3 eBike in CA. Super stoked!

Nice job in listening to suggestions. The "Off-Road: controller option will probably sell like hot cakes. In cities with a lack of bicycle lanes, its nice being able to safely keep up with traffic. have a 1K bike and it only does 20MPH. Now that I see this, I almost want to sell mine. Makes no sense to put a limit on a 1K motor bike. Good job on not limiting your potential customers. Also agree with the other commenter. A full suspension would be icing on the cake. Maybe offer a "RipRacer X" version with the O/R-controller full-suspension, h-brakes, etc. Good R&D so far, keep it up!

That looks like a fun bike to ride.It takes the work out of making these folding 20 inch tire ebikes into bmx style bikes.I’ll take the faster version and 28 mph is fast enough but that 750w motor with the 52v 15amp battery will get you there in a hurry and hold them higher speeds when climbing hills especially if your a heavier person. Nice,simple and clean lines. I like it.

Pre-ordered in green class 3! I like the lighter weight and 30mph race unlocked feature. Looking forward to getting my first ebike and cruising around Miami in this.

Not worried about it being installed from factory but just if it is incised with the bike or is a storage purchase? Nice video. A range test would be cool too though I saw someone in another YT video get excellent range that seems on par with the 55 mile claim. Just ordered one a couple of days ago. I'm glad I got the Class 3 because I wanted to be able to upgrade the controller if I wanted to. I'll probably buy a rear rack/basket and a better saddle but for now I'm just looking forward to my first ebike!

Hey 👋 The 1000W motor is not available as an upgrade on the RipRacer. As a lighter weight model, it has just the right amount of pickup for the design.
I've been getting a loud squeaky sound on the front of my Rip Racer lately. But when I'm standing up while putting weight on the front of the bike it doesn't happen. Any ideas what it could be?

In the video Tora says the class 2 and 3 are the same bike minus the battery and display. In another part he says the controller changes from 20 amps to 25. Do they share the same controller or are different?

I've read that these motors burn out. I've also read that after the battery drains to 80% that the bike regulates back to 20mph. Does it do that to prevent overheating? I'm wondering if people are pushing the bike too hard. Do you plan to open up dealerships?
I would like to support a business in my own state, but I'm a little hesitant.
Hey 👋 All motors burn out eventually, typically replacement happens between 3-5 years if used heavily.We recommend keeping your charge between 80-20% to get the max charge cycles out of your battery. Speed performance and be effected under 50% charge, so it’s best to charge up before each ride. Every battery feature a BMS system to prevent overheating. We do not currently work with 3rd party dealers. Thanks for your interest!

Does juice bike sell heavy duty tires with thick treads ? I ask because the tires on my hyper scorpion are so thin and flimsy I get a lot of flat tires.
I put slime in my Kenda fat tyres, never gets punctures.

I forgot to tell my wife I ordered them (I have the Rip Current S) but she was excited we get to go out and ride together and with the second one our daughter tool Bought them for camping trips in our RV they will be camp bikes for sure and rode at home in between. This might be mine and my wife’s first ebike.
I just sold a Biktrix Moto because that 1-speed set up makes it so that you can’t really pedal after 17mph or so. I have no clue how you can pedal up to 28mph on this Ripracer without gears. It’s sad because I love everything about it.
How tall are you? Im a bigger guy and this bikes looks small.
I made an ebile with a custom battery 48v 30ah and 30amp controller it was pushing 1500max watts

If so, are there supply chain issues? I know you have a US Office in San Diego/Chula Vista CA. During the middle of the pandemic, I had difficult time getting parts on my current eBike since the parts were made in China. Lastly, Q: Do you expect delivery delays? I expect this eBike to be one of the top sellers competing with Rad Bikes in the US next year. Thanks for designing and developing this eBike I have been looking for.

No comparison to rad power. Different customer base and they don’t have 52v bikes while juiced makes exclusively 52v bikes.

Hey 👋 The off-road controller lifts the throttle speed to 30 mph. The off-road controller does not effect the pedal assist top speed.

My biggest issue is the price of the rip racer, both the class 2 &3. The Lectric XP 2.0 also goes up to 28 mph, has fenders front & rear, a bike rack, and costs a lot less. I do like the Juiced HyperScorpian however.

well, i want seven speeds on top of it all. i love the size and huge battery, i just want gears yet.
Still waiting to see some higher powered ebikes from juiced. I have the hyperscrambler 2 now but it needs more power. For being 120 pounds with the dual batteries it should have had a motor capable of 3000 watts instead of 2000. But honestly, I’d like to see even higher…. 72 volt system with around 5000 watts would have been amazing
@edwong3 yes for sure. I think the way the other companies are getting around this is by having the different modes. You can have it on a mode that will keep it within regulations and then when you want to take it up a notch just change the mode. As it is, the hyperscrambler 2 from juiced bikes is already above the regulations that are allowed. 750 watts is all that is technically allowed and it can’t throttle faster than 20 mph. You are supposed to Need to pedal to take it to the top speed of 28 mph. That is what is supposed to be the standard. The hyperscrambler 2 has 2000 peak watts and can throttle all the way up to 32 mph. They get away with it by shipping it in locked mode but provide easy instructions on how to unlock it.

How tall is the rider?
I’m definitely interested in this bike but hesitant at 6’1” , without being able to ride one first. I’d LOVE to see a video with say a 5’2” person and 6’2”, both riding.

It’s not that small. Unlikely to fit in a model y. If you have the seafs folded, possibly but I doubt it. This is a fat tire bike.

Would've preferred some gears to handle the hills, however since you went single gear, why not go belt drive for even lower maintenance!

This thing looks like a homerun. At 165 lbs, class 3, ridding mostly flat and throttle only at higher speeds, what kind of range can be expected?

Currently, we have not tested the range using those parameters, but just like gas in a car tank the faster and harder you ride the less you will get out of your battery range. @@trevorgarrett7602 not sure honestly. I’m looking for a ebike that can at least get close to 30 mph with throttle only. I don’t want it to be sluggish like a super 73. You have to play like 4 grand just for more tq, little bit more power and range kinda insane imo.
Hey 👋 Race mode allows the rider to go speeds of 28 and higher while using the pedal assist. The off-road kit will allow the rider to go 28mph using throttle alone.
I’d love to put this thing through it’s paces. The bmx style is right up my ally.
