    I faced same issue as Efe where one product is eating the budget and I did exactly the same. I put it on its own campaign. I believe its common sense
    I disagree about throwing all your asset groups into campaign before starting. God only knows how much I lost because of this. If you are huge website with 10K spend then yeah go for it.
    But for most normal people with normal spend I would suggest start with your most trusted audience and minimum asset groups. Like you purchasers+ search keyswords.
    Let the algorithm learn on those and gather data about your likely audience to convert. Then when you make money, you can add another asset group to test with google made money not yours.

    Special thanks to Onkar for MS Clarity. Never heard of it. Will give it a try.

    so would your advice be to setup Asset groups based upon singular audiences signals? For instance, Asset group 1 is targeting KWs, Asset group 2 is set to remarket to non-converted visitors? Or would it be better to build all of your audience signals in one asset group?

    In custom segments, for "people who browse websites similar to" is it beneficial to add a full URL to the product page or does Google not count that? For example, I am looking for a customer that looks at a specific product on Amazon and I put the full URL product page, will Google only look at Amazon main page or will it be granular to traffic to that specific product page?

    Defiantly some gold in there. That was great. I wonder how PM will affect tracking instore visits with all the data restrictions. How much does PM really optimize towards instore traffic when working with a local campaign...

    You guys say that PMAX doesn't work with Lead Gen. If my Lead Gen has enhanced conversion tracking with values attached, would that make the difference in success?

    • @DaveFogel
      @DaveFogel Před 2 lety

      I haven't seen it work. I think you are better off putting your money in search. Only one of my campaigns with Pmax has a lower Cost per conversion than the search one, and its negligiable. I woudl rather have more control.

      The smaller uses of click farms: Clicking on competitor ads, imitating actual user on-site engagement for SEO purposes, and imitating actual user click-and-search behavior for SEO.

      @@DaveFogel google analyzes user behaviour for everysite for SEO purposes and click farms are artificially paid to mimic this beahaviour bcz that will affect organic rankings

    • @onkarindalkar
      @onkarindalkar Před rokem +1

      @@DaveFogel So these people earn from Google Adsense. Google pays some percentage to the real estate owner and keeps remaining to itself on an ad click. The click farm creates spammy apps and websites, and then they enable ads on them. So to get paid for a click, they must imitate that they are legit people. They will browse your website for a few minutes and even fill out the form.

      I've been testing out the option of sending traffic to ONLY the URL's I put in the asset groups for a number of my larger retail clients. Have found the targeting of PMax to function very similar to DSA Campaigns. Issue is I can easily segment traffic in DSA Campaigns by product type w/ negs, can't do so yet with PMax. In theory, this should help alleviate some of the overlap. Have y'all tested this out? If so- any quantifiable results?
