The British Grand Prix was another wasted chance for McLaren. Their first significant error occurred with Oscar Piastri, who lost almost 20 seconds by running an additional lap on dry tyres on a wet track. Lando asked for the slick tyres first, the team then gave him a choice of mediums to cover Max or softs to cover Hamilton, then the radio went silent.
Lando is all in his own head. You can't win with all the emotion. You Need to be a rock.

Lando blew it. He owned up to his mistake. Learn from it, and move on.
Piastri didnt want to stay out on track as you stated. He wanted to pitt but was ordered to stay out on track. Pathetic by mclaren costing him a race win. Piastri would have beaten Lewis by roughly 7 or 8 seconds.
It took loosing his 8th championship for Hamilton to get emotional. Lando throws a tantrum every week. He has the skills, but not the emotional stability of a champion.

He didn't lose wdc no.8 , it was stolen from him.
Lando has to realize how far his team has come. Learn to be a winner and accept a 2nd or 3rd place dude.
Not 1 of the drivers would even be on the grid with that mentality.

All Wrong! Max was slower before the pitstop, because as the RedBull director mentioned, the downforce on front of the car was improved during pitstop to improve the graining. After pitstop Max was a faster guy then before. Now it looks like Lando made the wrong choice, but the situation was a bit more different and complex Lando couldve imagined

The mediums were always the right tires for him at that point, had he put on mediums, and not miss his marks he would have sealed the deal. He will learn from this
Having said that, I’m nota Hamilton fan by any means, but the man drove a great race and deserved the win.

Ron Dennis never would have made such a silly mistake while McLaren was as competitive as it currently is.
Maybe Andrea and Zack does not realize that they are managing a championship winning car. Wake up boys, and stop making foolish mistakes if you are serious about contending the championships during 2024,because you might not have such a great car next year.

Norris simply isn’t up to it. Unfortunately, he doesn’t have “the right stuff” required to win a championship. He’ll spend the rest of his career explaining why he made mistakes, why he got the strategy wrong and why he failed to win.

It felt that all the teams conspired to give Hamilton a win.
Lando was cheated puposefully and intentionally just to give Hamilton undue win.

Only would make sense if they put Lando on the softs and Lewis on the mediums. Lewis should have crumbled like Lando and make should have passed them both. Considering Max was only 4-5 seconds behind Lewis when they came out of the pits.

Stop knocking he won the british grand prix fairly the other teams or drivers made mistakes that is racing alright max may have caught Lewis with more laps but unfortunately for him he couldn't because the race was over win Lewis crossed the winners line well done you proved you still have it in you blew your critics away 😊😊
