5 DON’TS TO CONSIDER DURING A DIVORCE

1. Don’t argue with your spouse - there is a reason for the divorce
2. Setting clear boundaries - clearing understanding of how you are expected to be treated
3. Use a mediator where possible - try to resolve your divorce amicably
4. Don’t over communicate or text with your spouse - The divorce makes you stressed and worried, over communicating can hinder the process of your divorce.
5. Don’t let your emotions over-ride you - Divorces can be very difficult time and very emotional. Take control of your emotions and focus
