    Beautifully clean kitchen , Be good if they found another way of putting the pork to keep rather than in the plastic bag . But then they do send there orders in cardboard take away so that good .

    저희도 바닷가에서 현업 수제버거집 하고있고 나름 유명한곳인데 걱정되는게 많네요 가장큰건 도구만지고 음식만지면 위험해요 장갑쓰시는게 좋습니다 나무도마도 그렇고 배달전문점이기는 하지만 손님이 안보고있더라도 자주씻고 치우고 소독해야합니다

    아.. 여기 화양사거리 쪽 있는 공유주방이네..배민 포장주문하고 한 번 갔다가 여기 있는 모든 가게들 진짜 더러운거 보고 충격 받았었는데 그 뒤로 주소 보고 공유주방 쓰는 곳에서 절대 안 시킴

      네 저도 항상 뉴스나 sns 댓글을 보면 공유 주방에 들어간 매장들은 항상 더럽다 믿고 거른다는 얘기를 항상 보게 되더라구요.
      저도 그점에 대해 많이 생각하게 되었습니다.
      일반 포장 손님 또는 방문해주시는 손님이 안계시다보니 많은 업장에서 더럽게 유지하며 청결하지 못하게 운영하는곳
      그런 곳들이 많다보니 저희는 그러지 말자 다짐했습니다.
      매일 청소를 하며 중간중간에도 계속해서 청소를 하고
      영업을 중단하면서 대청소까지 합니다.
      천장부터 구석구석 모든 곳을 청소하며 직원들에게 위생 교육을 하고 있습니다.
      이런 이미지가 단번에 풀릴꺼라 생각하지 않습니다.
      저희는 잘못 없다 이런 얘기 쓸려는거 아닙니다.
      하지만 좋은 음식을 준비해서 전달해 드릴려고 많은 노력을 하고 있습니다.

      its wild. Korea is also known for the highest amount of air pollution, as well. They're definitely advancing in so many areas but climate change will definitely catch up to them.

    Mi pregunta es si hay o existe algo de lo que hiciste que no tenga azúcar ya que personalmente comer carne ensalada escabeche con azúcar no es grato es más es desagradable que todo sepa a azúcar .

    What is all of that white powder you put on the food while making it? Salt..? Sugar..?

      I believe the white powder he put on the green cabbage when washing it was baking soda (sodium bicarbonate). Washing vegetables with baking soda helps remove pesticide residues.

      It's salt. I washed the vegetables with salt and used it to make it less bitter.

      Agreed, pure bum status, losing 15% of the onion and it’s way slower then a deli slicer auto or manual, I use to put 4 tomato and 6 onions at a time.Also who needs oil for a burger? This guy takes the L on this one, what a disgrace.

    인식이 너무 없는것 같습니다
    중요한 부분인데요
    고기를 불에 처음 구울때 끼시누장갑도 그렇고 그걸 70돞내외의 물에 잠가드면 저 고기에 환경호르몬이 용출될수도 있지않을까요
    눈에 보이지 않는 부분이지만
    이왕 번창하실것 국민의 건강에도 이바지 하시면 얼마나 좋을까요~
    환경호르몬 학습하시고 더 대박나시면 좋겠습니다~
