Very interesting stuff. All good information but we should be also talking about the actual root cause of this and not stick around the surface. I’ve approached my “condition” with scientific methods for 15 years, the only length I haven’t gone is setting up a lab at home to test everything. When we say processed food, we often think of junk food and move on, but we should pause and talk about the processing of the very meats we’re being told are healthy to eat, the veggies, the fruits. EVERYTHING undergoes certain USDA or FSIS or other 3 letter org process requirements where they introduce lab made acids like citric acid, lactic acid, etc. that are made of black mold and other compounds. I eat exceptionally clean, yet I still can’t catch a break. They don’t even require labeling them on the ingredient list (happy to share info on that). What I’ve realized is that my autoimmune flares when I consume these. It is extremely difficult to stay away from them unless you grow your own food. Instead of fine tuning the diet to a miserable experience, we should be fighting to take back our food control rights and kill these organizations that ruin our food and cause so much harm. These organizations poison our food then call us disordered. I don’t have a “disorder” when I travel to a 3rd world country where they haven’t managed to ruin the food yet. It’s like filling your gas tank with water then wonder why the engine isn’t running. Time to burn it all down!

@@mysticm1543 I recently went to Armenia for 2 months and ate local foods, including from restaurants. I avoided sauces and packaged stuff. Although I did eat some canned stuff that were labeled properly. There they require the label to have the commercial chemical code (E220, E500, etc.) and not just vague names that could be mistaken for organic citric acid let's say. I have celiac disease here in US, which is miserable and feels like I can't eat anything. Over there I ate everything, and right before coming back I collected some courage and got some wheat from a local farm, milled it and made bread. While my bread making wasn't great, my digestion was perfectly fine. If the flour here even touches my food I have weeks long issues until my body figures out how to deal with this poison that I introduced to it.

My leaky gut has gotten alot worse and I'm in alot of pain. All my associated diabetes issues got worse. I keeped being told that it was impossible for protein to turn to sugar but I knew it was through testing my blood. I got told to keep eating 2-3 lbs of meat a day with 250 g butter. I would get better I just needed to give it chance. I got blocked from so many carnivore groups because I wasn't healing and I was asking questions why. Now I've cut my protein down and my blood sugars are dropping. If your not a diabetic yes you probably can get away with it but I personally couldn't. I've also been diagnosed with fibromyalgia because of stress and trauma on my body. Thanx for this great info.

Thanks for touching, though ever so briefly, on vaccine induced autoimmune responses. This topic needs much more discussion.
Also, repairing leaky gut should be dealt with specifically; not just by eliminating what is causing mechanical wear and inducing inflammation.
Intermittent fasting combined with pieces of aloe swallowed with bone broth immediately stops abdominal pain, greatly speeds healing. Adding ripe avocado, cooked asparagus, then liquified raw carrots, would be next in terms if what foods heal the gut lining.
The other diet suggestions are fine, but do not contribute specifically to remedial care.

I have been vegan for years and even liquidarian for 3 months consistently with only a handful of plant based food per day for those three months. I find that plant based can work. It takes knowledge of self and a clean body to absorb nutrients however. For example, initially I felt malnourished when going completely plant based. My body was not clean enough to live on high vibrational foods alone. It needed the density because that's where my frequency was.
I then took a gradual process of over two years to be real and to listen to my body using my intuition, logic and senses. This is what I call a grounded, spiritual approach to nutrition - An energy lifestyle.
At first I cut out beef, then chicken, then fish, then eggs and then went all plant based.
^Pork is a no at all times for many reasons. It is lower than beef energetically.
Right now I live with plant based nutrition and incorporate pasture raised organic eggs regularly and high quality fish on rare occasions. I find that as my connection with the world increases and I become more in tune with my body and cooking + whole food nutrition I am able to live completely plant based. I can see and feel the natural progression.
Where I am now is the most Balanced of Emotions, Clearest of Mind, and most Energetic, Fittest, Strongest that I have ever been -> From 117.1 to 130.6lbs from May 3rd 2022 to June 12th 2022
-> 6% body fat the entire time

We need an app/algorithm that can come up with a nutrional plan for people with comorbidities.

Excellent interview Dr Berg. Thank you so much. Fabulous information.

Dr. Berg, this is an awesome interview but she never shared the foods that need to be taken out of the diet to avoid inflammation. You asked the question but then the conversation took a different path
