Man, I'm suffering severe anxiety tonight due to costo, but listening to your videos is helping me big time, so thank you for that.
I stopped going to the ER (AE in the UK) ages ago but had I had a very bad experience where my chin was pulled down to my chest like a magnet was attached between my chin and chest. It's given me PSD anxiety, as when the costo flares up, my mind just goes towards the worst, and thoughts of heart issues creep in.
My costo is mostly around the left side, so it's an absolute mind F. I was such a headstrong person and did not understand how powerful anxiety could be and how difficult it is to shake off when it kicks in.
Newly subbed as I need to be doing these stretches 👍🏼.

You guys if you’re having Costochondritis it’s because you have vitamin D deficiency. I’ve had this for a year and I always thought it was heart related because I have palpitations, but come to find out my vitamin D is very low, which causes all of this. So eat more fish if you like it or take vitamin D over-the-counter. so crazy how a lack of 1 vitamin can do all of this to your body. Stay healthy people

First time I had the pain and no other heart attack symptoms I googled what brings people to the ER with chest pain but it’s not a heart attack. Costochondritis was the answer and I had all the symptoms. So after 4 days I went to my doc. He yelled at me for diagnosing my own chest pain and had his nurse immediately perform an EKG. He was even more mad when the test showed no heart issues. Cost me a $30 copay and generic script vs $thousands for an ER visit. My real clue was I never heard of a heart attack lasting 4 days. I now get costo once or twice a year and just tough it out with rest and OTC pain relievers.

It’s crazy that so many people have endured the same experiences . Immediate rush to ER ( which you always do when dealing with chest pains) only for Drs. to tell me my blood work is normal and my ekgs and X-rays are fine for a 30 year old woman . ….. though it was a relief that I wasn’t dying and it was nothing serious the pain is no joke.

Went to a cardiologist and he said I’m fine but couldn’t tell me what is causing the pain. All I know is my doctor says it’s not heart related. Actually I’d go against this, it took 4 blood tests to find under active thyroids in my mum, she didn’t feel right and kept telling the doc there’s something wrong, but as usual the docs are like oh it’s nothing don’t worry, but she was persistent and kept demanding another blood test, and on the 4th one they were like oh actually there is something wrong!! So don’t give up on your first time if you know your body and believe something to be wrong or not working properly, alway get a second opinion. Doctors can’t be trusted these days, considering their compliance during the plandemic, lying about the death rate and lying about what people died of just to bump the numbers up to fit a specific agenda!

@YEZxEX I'm happy that works for you and you are relieved from your pain 🙏🏽 My doctor started me on steroids for 5 days, I'm not one for taking medicine but I just couldn't handle it anymore so I'm on day 2 and I have no pain right now because I've been having flair ups every other week since September. I'm surprised I lived this long with this pain, I just had to take something. I couldn't clean or cook I was down. I also have a breathing thing called peak air that I blow in and it measures my air flow. When I'm in pain it barely moves. I also have Voldyne 2500 that the hospital gave me years ago after an operation. I've been using both things and it seems to help me breathe. I'm gonna try your way next time I'm in pain. I hope and pray it will be a while before I have pain again after taking these steroids 🙏🏽

I'm going through this but haven't been to the doctor to get my heart checked since I'm 19 and i was on an ecg for appendix removal 6 months ago so I think a heart problem would have been picked up and the pain has been going off and on for a few weeks so it's probably nothing serious.

I have had sharp heart/chest pain in the center of my heart that comes and goes all day, everyday, for 4 years. It doesnt radiate or move. It is constant. Cardiologist just ruled out any/all heart issues... its the healthiest looking heart he has ever seen. Do I have costochondritis? It is close, but I do not have radiating pain.

The clenching pain and palpitations in my chest where my seat belt severely bruised me was from Costochondritis.
