“You cannot problem solve if you’re lying to yourself”
I was knocked down not only once by a traumatic brain injury. But twice from a drug addiction! I am PROUD to say that I’ve been in sobriety since
Love her or hate her, there's no denying her influence. She's a legend
Cutting happens because physical pain and emotional pain cannot exist at the same time. Something my child’s therapist taught us is instead of cutting have her stick her hands in a bowl of ice because it has the same effect. This was genius! Years of going to the Dr and in and out of therapy we never received a simple answer that was so powerful. Also helping your child understand why they do it helps as well because sometimes they don’t know. Gaga explained it well when she said “ Tell me, don’t show me”. Often times your child is just trying to show you they are hurting. Also I learned that if they cut in certain places it’s because of certain trauma they have been through so please keep a close eye and get involved. It’s not just for attention and it’s not just a phase. I’m really grateful they talked about this!
Gaga is the real definition of "She left us no choice but to stan"
this is the type of woman, artist, musician, actress, singer, business woman that I want to see an autobiography movie ❤
Omg this is exactly what happened to me it started feb 15th 2019. I went through a psychotic break yelling at doctors asking them why does know one else see how much pain I was in. My neurologist laughed at me and said I was making things up I just wanted to get a check. I felt like my family turned there back on me I was in a dark hole. When i looked in the mirror I didn’t notice the person I was looking at, I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia on my bday dec 11 2019. I have been trying to educate people on fibromyalgia I call it my invisible disease i have had for over 20 years and because there is no way to detect it so I have keep this pain to myself for years until my brain couldn’t take anymore. It’s a of work trying to keep on track this interview helped me feel like I’m not alone. Thank you 💜💜💜💜
i needed to watch this today. I admire her since I was 9 years old, I admire her for a lot of things. I thought the main reason was because of her music and her talent. But I learned that why I admire her the most is because of what all she said in this interview and all the mental health activism that she’s done and she’s doing. I love you Stephanie.
She is so calm her vibe is lovely
"I accepted it because they made me who I am." This made me cry.
It really took me almost three years to watch this. Gaga has always been a wise and kind-hearted famous person that I know. Glad to blindly fell in love with her in 2010 and became her Little Monster, I only wanted her music and artistry, never knew I would have been offered ALL of her everything she could possibly offer, not only for her fans but also to the whole world.
I have always loved Lady Gaga, but after watching this, I have a new respect for her and her talent! Amazing!
I had no choice to but to like this video when she mentioned putting a mental health expert in every school and teaching a class on mental health. What a great idea!
She needs literally to have her own TED TALK.
This was just plain amazing. She was very open about herself. What a class act. Does not shy away from the pressure.
I love the way that Oprah does her interviews; the questions that She asks. They're specific, on topic...and I love that she doesn't read question after question from a card...it's like she's curious to know more. And she LISTENS. Beautiful interview.
This made me look at Gaga in a whole different light. After watching this video i've realized that she is so much more than an over the top performer.
I love how Oprah observing, listening and supporting their invited guest, just letting them share their experiences patiently and truly engage in their stories. Big respect to Oprah.
She’s so down to earth and her answers were so raw and true and I just love how grateful she is to her fans
