Basically there's no real warranty in India because of weak consumer laws. Google is a classic example of providing repair service without having a physical service center and the only solution for any type of problem is replacing the motherboard which costs as much as a new phone

You also explain how a product can be improved so that brands can improve their product and services that a customer is expecting and facing at their service centre 🙏🙂.
I had been to xaiomi service centre and samsung service centre in the same area in Bangalore indranagar there was drastic difference between the two companies, xaiomi was useless at the end of the day , samsung was really good very satisfied with the way the communicated to resolve the problems . But i guess it really does matter in which area you get the phone serviced .
Even samsung is not considering their own tablet as premium 🤣🤣🤣

Mid range phones of samsung is worst they use mediatek 6080 in 18k phone and notch display, they only work for premium segments
I have a Poco X2. It's back camera glasses were broken. I went to the service center and told them to get it done. After it was repaired, they left out some bits of glasses inside the new glass. In their defence, they didn't open the back and replace, rather they just took the shards out and placed a new glass. Now after it was done, i checked the main camera and the auto focus was not working. I was honest about my Custom ROM and they adviced me to go back to the global ROM and check. After doing that, they told me that they'll have to change the whole camera. They took it under warranty and cleared the shards which were present when the phone was repaired.
Now, they forced me to keep the phone there for a week for both the repairs. So 2 weeks in the store. At first they let me take my phone home and told me to come when the parts arrive. But didn't get a call for a month and when I went there, they were angry on me. In their defence, they did note my number wrong once on the service chart, which I had notified them to change.
Secondly, I believe the previous shards were physically blocking the lens movement for the focus. IDK, I'm just speculating here.
Recently I had to open up the back cover as my phone went dead when it was connected to PC and rebooted. I checked the internals and I couldn't help but notice that the camera seems untouched. As in the copper tape was still intact.....
I think the service center should, on demand, either let the customer see the repair or atleast give an option for the customer to watch their phone getting repaired through video stream

I have been following your content since 2020. Your work is worth appreciation. In this video, we could learn some theories and the vibes of the customer center to customers. Though this video does not give any practical example of warranty claims. I wish, you could go deeper into this matter and actually claim warranties as much service center as possible.
10:28 I faced a similar issue in my HTC Desire 526G+ years ago, got my back cover replaced twice in warranty(one year). The paint started chipping off the back panel in my case and the company did not deny my claim.

These days brands want to save and cut costs and take advantage of no proper consumer laws regarding this. HTC was a good brand too and speaking oh HTC I miss the metal back phones that used to come earlier.

I once got a really good service from xiaomi. She declared my phone as DEAD(and asked me if xiaomi technical team calls me I should say its not turning on) while it was just a software issue and got me a new device. The phone was mi 11x.
They changed my mi 11x motherboard twice without asking how it happened though 1st motherboard change had signal issues after they changed the motherboard but they never asked me anything.

5:04 This same thing is with Apple, my Macbook's display got broken when a train seat fell on it, I still used it with an external display as it costed us 65K and they wanted 38K for the display, when its port and fingerprint stopped working, they didn't cover those issues under warranty unless I would pay them for the display. I had to pay them as the laptop was only two months old.

Mainly OnePlus is doing silly reasons because my friend's OnePlus 8t got 2 vertical lines after the update given by OnePlus and we visited service center and they are saying it's a physical damage as my friend's phone have cracks on back panel and we showed all the people are facing same line issue and they are refusing to do service

@@GyanTherapy I already used this tactic for my faulty OnePlus Charging Adaptor. It got accidentally shirt circuit (idk how). They checked it and told me ki ye short circuit ho gaya hai hum aapke Case k liye apne Technical Team se puchenge, agar wo agree karenge to hum aapka charger theek kar denge. They finally agreed and even provided me with a new Adaptor that would have cost me Rs.1550 /- . The service is excellent as it all got done within 5-7 days of my complain.

5:36 aise mere samsung ke phone ke saath hua tha,actuaaly uska charging port damage tha means damage to nhi keh skte yo fast charging support nhi kr raha tha to uss smaye mere phone ke edge pe ek 1.5mm ke ass pass ke radii ka semicircle mein glass crack tha so,he just said that "sir firstly u have to replace your screen" I said it is too small crack let it as usual ,then he said no ........

I am a user of Samsung and Mi, Samsungs service center experience was so much lovely because my phone was sunken in water than to they repaired in warranty but Mi experience was so much pathetic and bad they just told you your phone was not covered warranty due to water damage happend but phone was never sank in water.

Sir I have lenovo IdeaPad gaming 3, its been 1 year and I went service centre 5 times, but they are just giving temporary solutions, even I called the customer support helpline but they are also talking rudely with me, now my problem got resolved after fighting for past one year. I just want to ask if you'll please make a video on this topic so that it will create awareness to brands as well as customers also, as you are the only guy on YT who shares the genuine thoughts.
Same dikkat mere papa ke laptop ke sath hui thi. Motherboard issue tha aur wo usko replace karne be bajae baki altu faltu kaam kar rahe the ki wo warrenty me he to unko free of cost ya saste me change karna parega (externally koi damage nahi tha). End me unhone mana kardia ki naya lena parega par wo usko lekar 50% me same model dedenge
