Danny Batth must have scratched Wagners car at this point
As I said at each time: 1. Farke should not have been sacked. 2. A Sporting Director who decides their is no future or opportunity at his club, should never be allowed to give a years notice and be allowed access to our entire scouting network 3. The new sporting director should not be chosen by the old one - who would select a replacement that would do a far better job than them? 4. A significant percentage of the shares in our club have been sold to a family that so far have contributed naff all. So - going forward we need a total revamp from tip to toe and a re-establishment of our club ethos and DNA.

As a Sunderland fan, I got a soft spot for Norwich, after the milk cup final in the Eighties, as you know, Sunderland was in the same situation 6 year's ago, you don't want to get relegated, it is one hard league to get out of. Also why didn't you play Danny Bath today, he a great leader and hold the defencive line together. Wish we still had him, Hope you can change things around, if not, it going to be a long nervous season for use.

I don’t get it either, could understand if the defence were doing ok but leaking 30 goals in 15 games, most in the league, how isn’t he even getting a sniff!

I don't think it matters what combination of centre backs play, teams just walk through our midfield and we've got no midfield screen, nobody can win the ball in the midfield so the centre backs are pulled all over the place and expected to work miracles. I'm confused about why Danny Baath hasn't been given a chance too, its almost as if somebody at the club signed him without the manager having a say, but I don't think it would make much difference to our current issues.
@@ryank3321 At least give him a try, you got nothing to lose, all it takes is for someone to try and get back some confidence back in the team, no matter what happening of the pitch, that might just make the difference for you stopped in this league.

The biggest single issue is that the leadership of the club is dysfunctional - a terrible decision to allow Webber to continue whilst he’s leaving and isn’t committed is a terrible decision.

They own the club, so you can’t sack them. You say “out” but what does that actually mean? They need to be able to sell the shares in the company that is the club, and someone needs to be able to buy them. That requires someone with serious cash, and in this economic climate there aren’t many takers for a struggling club with little to go by in terms of reputation or history. And also likely to be relegated at this rate without serious investment in January.

No . . Norwich, please don't fire the Fußball-meister! Give him a few more weeks . . maybe a few more months . . maybe till May. As a Suffolk boy this is the most football fun, nay joy, that I've experienced since the 1970-1984 seasons. Obviously 77/78 was a bit of a league glitch for Town, but the team did have a lot on. When my father didn't take me to a game, it was a truly nail-biting experience listening to a poor Town performance on Radio Orwell. I knew what was coming. Father would return and place me in an empty Fisons sack, tying the open end with bale twine, before proceeding to beat me with the washing dolly for Town's defeat. Whilst he hungered for victory in the derby, home games against Leeds were always the worst for some reason. I've a particularly sore memory from the home match against Leeds in the 78/79 season. Father actually managed to break the washing dolly on that occasion, dealing me three firm whacks for the Leeds goals and one for the Kevin Beattie goal. He always favoured Johnny Wark over Beattie for some reason, possibly Beattie's seeming inability to see a game through without attracting an injury that would put him out for the rest of the season. To this very day, I uncontrollably defecate myself if I stumble across a photo of Billy Bremner - it's like my Kryptonite or something.

Agree that something must change as the club looks to be in disarray. It’s sad to see.
Wagner out, but also the rest at the top need to go, Delia & Webber etc, not in a few months or years but now. Delia has done a lot for the club in the past, took us as far as she can with the resources they have but now its time to let go. Any credibility and respect for all she and Michael have done for the club is being tarnished now because they are being so stubborn about letting it go and just holding on. I can understand they want to see it go to the right person, but jeez its getting tiresome now, and if I was Mark Attanasio hearing from Delia that she still isn't sure she can trust him etc plus having to wait another 2 - 3 years to buy the club I'd be starting to have second thoughts if I was him. The club is getting ruined by those at the top, it's not just the manager, though he controls what happens on the pitch, but it all stems from those at the top. And us fans are also partly to blame in a way, we need to voice our opinions much more loudly, not just directed at the manager but at the board too, banners, protests, walkouts etc, no change will come by sitting on hands in the stands and accepting the shit show on offer.

The board should be ashamed of themselves. Webber seen at Man Utd Saturday but obviously had better things to do than be at Carrow Road Sunday. How our structure has allowed a husband and wife joint majority shareholders to appoint a husband and wife senior directors is beyond belief. Webber wont sack Wagner who is his mate. Nothing will change till we have new owners with new ambition.

Desperate times, but I cling to the hope that Gunn, Hanley, Sargent and Barnes returning to the side can bring a change of attitude in the side and save us from relegation. The team that was relegated to League 1 last time was far worse than this one in terms of personnel, albeit current results beg to differ.

I thought Kenny McLean was very good today. He kept picking up the ball deep and driving it forward. Many times his team mates let him down by not doing anything with the ball once he played them in. Didn’t really put a foot wrong.

Unfortunately people in power how pay themselves great rmoney rarely will give that up easily. That's means we're doomed to keep suffering this until someone sees the light or takes drastic action. As an Ipswich fan , you boys have barely had anything to moan about being a budgie has been fun up then down then up again, compared to us you have had two decades of fun , hardly a bad situation, get your best players back from injury, probably a different manager and you could easily finish top 6 , suck it up and be positive

The writing was on the wall last season how can Webber still be in his job when he openly admits to not giving it's full attention.Its a totally amateur set up in a professional league and Millwall fans didn't rate long one bit by the way.

Jack Wikshere comes to mind as bright and interesting but he’ll need the board to step down and the yanks to make a proper move instead of all this unsettling at the top .

There's no getting away from it, the whole thing is one absolute almighty.... Watching it on the box I recall Chris Sutton making the comment, probably around 30 minutes in, that the players had 'chucked it', by which he meant thrown in the towel. At the end the camera cut to Delia Smith in the director's box, clearly having an argument with some bloke. I'd love to know what was said between them but I wouldn't mind betting that he'd said something along the lines of what on earth are you going to do about this mess. Can't she see how disingenuous Webber is. She's far too trusting and doesn't hold people to account. Take for example Nigel Worthington outstaying his tunure by at least 6 months. To give her her due though she showed more passion in that brief heated exchange than the players did in 90 minutes as have you Jack.
Wagner needs to choose a new career path as he is absolutely hopeless as a coach just look at his managerial record at all the clubs he has been at not good. Piss poor infact.

It's not a bad job to take. No real risk to your reputation as two experienced managers failed before, but an opportunity to potentially make the playoffs if you can get the undoubtedly solid few individuals we have like Sara and Rowe playing well (provided we can hold onto them).
