Direction for use:
Shake bottle well. Remove protective cap. Press the bottle onto the rubber several times with applicator sponge facing downward to release the protective ingredients. Evenly apply and spread SONAX Rubber Care to the dry surfaces using the sponge applicator. Let sit briefly. Wipe over with a cloth, if necessary. Replace the protective cap after use.

What can we use to clean the rubber seals before applying this Stuff?...

You simply use your car shampoo while washing the car. I am street parking and so have been using this from new for the past 5 years and all my rubber is fluffy like a souffle. I once made the mistake and applied it to the rubber floor mats - don't do it, you will be slipping for the next 4 months ;) This product comes also in a pump spray bottle which I think is preferable when applied with a little sponge, because I always pick up some dirty anyway, so I don't think that applicator would stay clean for me... there is also a Sonax plastic conditioner with does not leave a shine, it just looks factory again, I use it inside and outside. I think it even says it is for plastic and rubber, but I only use it on plastic, since I have both products. I recommend you look in to Würth products, another great German chemical company. They have a spray can glass cleaner which is insane e.g. if you have really sticky, grimey winter slime on your windshield. Also great "Industry Adhesive Cleaner" and HHS Lube. I am using this as there was a technician in the Porsche forums saying that is what they use at the dealership where he works (the lube). I use it for lubricating all door, hood etc hinges. The cleaners smell really nice.

I have the spray version, can you use it on the rubbers under the car, in the wheels etc, the rubber shocks?

Those are such wear items that get heavily hit with dirty - you would have to get under your car 6 times a year and really-really clean those parts before applying this, I think it is really not worth the effort, seeing how long rubber mounts etc last anyway. But if you happen to be down there frequently for some reason - unlike most of us - and you don't mind the effort, go crazy ;) PS I also have the spray. I prefer the form factor, but the pump action is a bit shite/too cheap sometimes.
