    very detailed and informative, easy to understand. would the left collar bone lymph node swells for lung cancer? My father passed away and was suspected from this dreadful disease, there is no evidence from the xray, his left collarbone node swells and very painful, back and left shoulder area also painful.

    Why inoperable given that they can spend over 24 hours separating on siamese twins? Is it because it is unprofitable?

      Sadly, once cancer gets a hold it quickly spreads, making operations unviable with life ….the cure being worse than the disease. That’s when the other skills come into being…keeping the symptoms in check, giving a reasonable life albeit shorter.
