Little bit confusing of the M parts of this ... So my Mom was diagnosed with a less than 2 cc nodule, and dr wants to do a biopsy.. The surrounding area isnt wonky or odd, and nothing at all in the lymph nodes.. Im just trying to figure this all out.. She goes for a biopsy next week and am trying to get educated on what we might expect.. So its a nodule that is less than 2cc and no lymph nodes affected, nothing in the surrounding area, the pet scan only confirmed that there is something there, not what it actually is... Suggestions??
