Can adrenal go to lung?
Adrenocortical carcinomas are rare, but when they occur can potentially metastasize to lung. However, it's much, much more common for metastasis to go the other direction (i.e. primary lung cancer metastasizing to adrenal).
@radiologyslides I go for a follow up CT of the chest and adrenal gland next week. Hopefully they will know more by then.
