I lost my much beloved wife to glioblastoma in 1998. She was 33 when diagnosed, and died at 35. She left behind a 2-year old daughter, and two mid-teen sons. We had done all the traditional therapies: surgery, chemo and radiation. We even went to Mexico for a few months of bogus "medicine". I wish this therapy was around at that time. I am so glad for those who can now be saved.
This is the best news I have heard since losing my wife and best friend.

My hope is that you are healthy enough for that cure to work”. I’ve heard similar things for many different types of cancer. They are close. Keep praying for a cure!

A friend of mine passed last year from glioblastoma. Since he was on Medicaid, he wasn't given this care. He asked for standard of care, yet was ignored. This treatment is only for those who can afford it or whose insurance companies approve it. A disgrace.

Glioblastoma (GBM), also referred to as a grade IV astrocytoma, is a fast-growing and aggressive brain tumor. It invades the nearby brain tissue, but generally does not spread to distant organs. GBMs can arise in the brain de novo or evolve from lower-grade astrocytoma.

Same thing with my dad, but it was colorectal cancer. He was 80-yrs-old. Worked out 5 days a week, volunteered on two political campaigns and was my brother's business manager for his psychology practice - in his spare time. He was vibrant, healthy, still mentally sharp, and had no symptoms - other than constipation. He had that checked out cuz he was so regular, and it ended up being an issue. He had a blockage in his colon and needed hospitalization.
He was at stage IV, given 6 months with no treatment - up to 6 years if it worked. It didn't. He had the blockage, which put off treatment - then he kept having issues with his blood checks before chemo, and they'd tell him he had to wait another week. He was in horrible pain. He lost his appetite. The chemo ate him up - and it didn't work. He lost 30 pounds - and he was a small framed man. Then he ended up with another blockage. The did surgery, which was what Dad asked for right away, but at that point, he was so weak from losing weight, his body shut down. He became septic and never recovered. It was BRUTAL. He was gone in 4.5 months - January 12, 2019. I'll never forget the date.
Cancer is so horrific, it can't be natural. I can't help thinking humans are creating this because of all the changes we've made to nature. 😢

She fought it with grace and courage for 18 months, 3 times longer than she was given at diagnosis. She was also a 5 year breast cancer survivor, the two cancers being unrelated.
The MRI's shown here could have been hers insofar as they're so similar. Seeing these brings back such a rush of painful memories. Sighs, I miss her terribly.

I would have given ANYTHING for my mama to have access to a treatment like this. She did not deserve the suffering she endured for years. Twice she went to 2 different doctors, after having cancer previously even, and they didn't believe her. They said her pain was "just a part of getting older" or "it comes with aging." No it doesn't. It was cancer again and so much time got wasted. I miss her EVERY day.

It looks like the doctor (2nd patient) died a month after Stephanie in 2020. All three died of a re-occurrence of their brain cancer. The first two had good lives for years before it came back. Brendan had more ongoing issues because of his brain damage from bleeding and had more struggles with it re-appearing quicker but still got years added on.
It would seem like this treatment is currently not a "cure" as you mentioned but does give some people extended remission time and maybe it will work better in the future. As a cancer survivor of over 20 years myself I personally never say I am cured but just note that I am currently cancer free and hope to stay that way.
