I’m making the time to plan even more far ahead so on the day of, I don’t have to be overwhelmed with any additional decisions. Also I’m catching myself to not get too worked up over things that I can’t control.

My husband and I stayed at the plaza hotel back in 2000 (I think’) it was the very last year they had the plaza Christmas buffet. We’re from the Midwest and we didn’t even know it. It was owned by the Fairmont Hotel at the time, And was a little rundown, but the service was awesome. It looks like they upgraded it since then, because your room looks much nicer than the one we had, and we paid for an upgrade. We were actually haunted there. When we went to bed we kept hearing children running up and down the hallway Two nights in a row, I even went to the door to look because it was becoming annoying but no one was there. We ignored it then and went back to sleep both times. When we got home we were watching “haunted hotels” on the Travel Channel, and they actually said the haunting was hearing children’s running footsteps in the hallway. We were haunted and didn’t even know it until we got home!

Please understand that I mean this from the bottom of my heart as someone who loves you and your channel: I know how hard it is to read criticism when all you're doing is working hard, hustling and complying with brands that certainly have a lot of influence in what you produce as content, but it is a little hard to relate when you're shopping at Barneys and staying at the Plaza. That being said, I personally invite you to stay with me next time you're in the NY, there is some DOPE stuff to do and really amazing places that I would love to show you as a born and bred New Yorker. I think it would make for some great content that would connect a little more with viewers like me who have been following you for years. Can't wait to see you back in NYC, keep up the good work!
