Happy Sunday everyone! February was full of travel, but it feels really nice to settle down. How are you guys spending today? Ben and I are doing a deep clean of the house and then going to World Market to get some storage for the bathroom. n_n

My poop fear is pretty bad... On a one week immersion trip in high school, I stayed awake at least till midnight so I can use the bathroom in peace. On a 4 day trip with my friend I was genuinely worried for my intestines cause (lol) NOTHING came out nor did I feel the need to go... It's odd cause I at least go once a day. Anyway, I'm very glad there's comradery for this topic -w-
Nice to hear TMI sometimes, that honesty reminds us that we're not alone haha. A few months ago, I don't know if it was these new pills or something that made me kind of constipated and caused some other problems which sucked. I always eat vegetables but I added more fruits like apples and bananas to my everyday and it seems to work the trick. Before, my digestion was perfectly fine but for months now I feel I have to actively cater my meals more so my digestion is normal. Green tea in the morning before eating has saved my life too, it just flushes everything out first thing in the morning, that and a cup of water.

I have similar problems and for me, probiotic pills (basically bacteria for your gut) really do the trick. I start taking them at least 1 week before and during my travels or whenever I feel like my digestion isn't working well. Flaxseeds are also helpful as they have lots of fiber (& omega 3). Will definitely drink green tea in the morning more often, thank you for that tip! :)

@@imjennim I get constipated whenever I travel too! And it can be annoying, because the further distance I go, the more constipated I am... I think my body is just shy in an unfamiliar setting? Idk.. but it's nice to know that it's not just me >.

Might be TMI but a pro tip for being constipated while traveling is to bring Miralax! Flying can do a lot to off balance your body. Sometimes you need a little extra help! Just like how your skin may need some TLC after flying too :) Love you & hope that helps!

Kimchi jigae works for me with my ibs. .. and a spoonful of yogurt every morning before eating anything. And green tea 😊👍 oh yea stretching is really important too . If anyone having troubles with your ibs or bloating or constipation in general. First-,yogurt and green tea 😊, stretching, kimchi jigae ones in a while 😁

I’ve been bloated since 2017 😭 it’s my liver, and other things but the doctors can’t find the route of my problem. For constipation you should try hot water every morning before brushing your teeth and for flights keep drinking water even if it’s cold
