    Love you videos! I play volleyball and I try to implement the workouts and mechanics to utilize that hip shoulder separation and stretch reflex from creating that counter moment.

    How many days a week would you suggest
    using the med ball throws?

      It really depends on how you feel since you're using two hands with these drill you will be able to throw more than you would normally without being sore I would start out every other day

      I do them in my warm ups 2 sets of 5

    What size and weight do you recommend for 13 yr old players??

      start with 1lb once you feel more confortable bump it to 2lb and stay with it.
