The first lesson I learnt is on 0.20s -1.00 minute (how to beautifully peel an onion 🧅 with the knife 🔪 without giving the onion 🧅 injury 😂) Second lesson is on 5.00-6.00 minutes. It is amazing how the dehydrator converted the onion 🧅 into beautiful crafted ships 😊. Its lovely, for some of us that we like beans, great lesson and time saving tips for us here

This took about 18 hours. I was constantly checking and re-positioning the racks for even drying.
