Thank you for a wonderful beginners video. It would be helpful to know what needle to use and what you could use these stitches... FYI I went to my local thrift store and bought used sheets, pillow cases, etc... to practice these stitches over and over again. I cut the sheets into manageable pieces and just scored multiple lines on each piece. I then just kept practicing and it didn’t cost me and arm and a leg for practice fabric. Just an idea that worked for me.

Excellent video!!..One of the best executed videos on you tube! (No unnecessary talking, pleasant music, perfect camera zoom-in and angle, simple, clear, rich in content). Alot of youtube videos are more about the presenter than it is about the material that they are sharing. It's much easier to understand how to make the stitches when you can see it done instead of just a drawing in a book. But why is your needle bent? It's obviously meant to be so, I'm jjust curious.
