IMO Josh was right to tell Eddie he should go to him and not just decide by himself to get on a call, but the way he said it was unnecessarily mean-spirited and aggressive, considering Eddie was just trying to save lives (and succeeded). So I say turnabout is fair play and good for Eddie 😎
YES DIAZ TELL JOSH OFF!! Don't get me wrong Josh is a great character I get there are strict rule to 9-1-1 but Damn it Josh he's a former fire fighter show him respect!
you gotta put yourself in Josh shoe at that moment when he told Eddie off in that episode. Josh was not only trying to protect the call center but also eddie if something were to go wrong that night eddie could have been sue by the family or the state for it. or if he didnt give eddie the talking to, other people in the call center would think it would be okay to do what eddie did and then chaos will break out. If josh didnt show him respect he could have reported this to his superior which could have gottan eddie kicked out, so Josh was in a tough situation, he admires Eddie for it but the same time there were consequences that needed to be said to protect both sides.
I hope even though Eddie is going back to firefighting, he still gets to hang out with May and Linda sometimes, their friendships are sweet. And all the 118 people could use friends other than each other.
I think this episode's title is refering to two or three things: first, May day, I mean, the Athena daughter's day, so: May Day; second, it is refering to a May Day (May the month) and the third, it is the MAY DAY.
Josh, I love u, but u had that coming. When u said that to Eddie, it was pretty mean. (it was the one moment in the show when I didn't like u very much).
Now are they going to bring this guy back? here we are on season seven and Josh has not mentioned a boyfriend or any type of love interest. And he seemed so enamored and hopeful. Don’t give me wrong. I am very happy about what’s going on with the buck, but Josh deserves happiness as well.
Josh was so mean (and fucking jealous) of Eddie and I couldn’t stand the way he acted all superior to him all the time (it’s like Claudette and May) but Josh and Eddie. I am so glad Eddie got to work with his boi (who I think Josh is in love with Maddie and Chim are so totally trying to set them up that night Buck came over for game night... and jealous of Eddie cos they are so close) and Eddie so got Bitchy Josh back for that horrible comment/attitude when he first arrived.
josh wasn't mean to Eddie or jealous. if you even watch the past episodes, Josh admires the firefighters especially the 118 he worked with them so long. Why would he be jealous of Eddie when he loves his job? He acted the way he is, is because he is one over the call center too. Eddie has a role to play when he's at the call center and there are rules. Different house, different rules. if josh was mean spirited he would have talked to his superior and gotten Eddie written up or fired for him breaking the rules on different occasion but he didnt. Hes trying to protect Eddie by letting him know there are rules in different house and there are consequences if they are broken.
@@immortalangel06 There's way to have those conversations and you don't go straight in with the attitude which he definitely had. If he spoke to any of his staff that way for making any mistake he would have no staff
Actually Josh ain't that bad. I like buddie but they have absolutely zero to do with this situation. Josh was just surprised that Diaz intervened that one time and told him off in a rather aggressive manner - because he can be a proud bitch. He's Josh, he didn't like some random outsider - firefighter or not - interfering. I actually like Josh. Diaz was petty - and metaphorically said you make the bed you sleep in by his comment.
“He’s been waiting months to say that” got me lol
That was hilarious
That was so funny 🤣
I know. That's probably one of the best lines throughout the entire episode
"He's been waiting months to say that"
I'm dying, Josh is amazing😂
I laughed so hard when Eddie said this. Josh definetly deserved it
And more
@@luislovera2351 damn chill lol
Right?! One of my favorite moments of the whole series!

Perfectly said!
Josh loves protocols more than men :D
Bobby's whole head space this episode was "I'm not losing another daughter, step or otherwise."
He’s been waiting to say that for months -Josh Russo 2022
Loved Eddie's reply and Josh's reply back...classic!

Where was maddie in episode15 of season5
@@amytorastrm2070 She was still not back from the break she took
goes to show Josh is not a simp. Eddie is hot... protocols are protocols!
The night bobby lost his family was running through his mind the 2nd he heard that the call center was on fire
Even more so when he found out May was still inside
I love sassy Eddie!
Yes Eddie throw his words back at him.
So Josh is in the only room not on fire and he still manages to get burnt.
Define situational irony.
Me when eddie said that: Go bad b go bad b go!!!!
When eddie scream for buck's name ohandbskfnksnfs buddie reunion
0:30 Tbh Josh, you did had that burn coming.
Good for Eddie for telling Josh off.
“Thankfully just the one” 😂
🤣🤣🤣🤣 I like Josh, but he deserved that one
I love Josh, but that was pure gold.
MARY WINCHESTER!?
So Linda and Eddie moments are done? 😞
I hope not. She is such a good friend to Eddie.
@@katherinespencer9703 I hope not and hopefully we get more of her story as well

its honestly not that deep. josh is his boss. we’ve all seen eddie responds to tough love.

I love both of them and both of them were correct
But Josh could have only been a little less aggressive, but he's Josh 😂
