Orange Sherbet Taste Test

They pick it early because if you let them tree ripen they get jelly seed. I think the rule of thumb is to pick these when the yellow color starts to show. I am growing a tree too!

That knife is about the size used on long line boats for hold prepping large fish. The mango was scared to death.
