Long time watcher, first time commenter. You def have a "neistat" feel to your vids which is why I subbed. Nothing seems pressured or youtube'y about them, just normal every day life. I got a kick out of how much you spend in airplanes fixing them, etc and yet going on a flight you're all smiles still. Love the videos keep up the great work!

Golden State bridge is actually painted orange. It's called international orange, and it helps in identification and fog due to its bright color

Are you using speedgrade on your videos? Your drone shots had a very unique (in a good way) shots! I need to try some of the stuff out myself.
I speed up a few of the shots but not all of them. I'm still getting the hang of it. It's a fun challenge!
Oh sorry I meant color grading, not speeding up the video.
Oh for the drone shots I filmed in D-log then tuned the colors in while editing. Idk if that's color grading.... I'm still learning the terms

Nah there was an FO although we don't require two crew members for part 91 flights. We always fly with two crew when we have customers on board

So how did that flight work, I mean was the other passenger a paying passenger and you got to fly for free because the plane was heading to San Fransisco anyway? I can't imagine SurfAir allow their employees to fly for free :D well maybe on some occasions :D
Sam Culley I can't offer pure facts, but I do know that some companies offer their AMTs free flights.. not sure about SurfAir.
Sam, all Surf Air employees fly free as long as there's an open seat available. if a paying member books the last seat we get bumped. we also get to assign a plus one to share our benefits. mine is my cousin!
My moms a cuban resident and we actually have property there now, please do yourself a favor a DO NOT take your drone. It will be a HUGE dilemma if you do! :)
