We were just in Vegas last month to look at homes, we looked at ALOT. We are looking for a nextgen, or space that can be used as one, like the Woodside LuccaPlan2, i love this one. The Lennar Franklin and Mitchell came in second, we saw these 2 plans at Sunstone, Presley and Archer I believe . We are looking to move for next school year 2025-2026.

@@SoHiVegasThey are doing this in Florida - on average they are giving up $80,000 to buy the rates down on new homes. In Texas they doing this at about $50,000 per new home.

@@CC-xl4ln if you’re relocating for work you’ll have to show that you have a job lined up or are able to keep your current job and work remotely. You’ll need to be able to prove income but it doesn’t need to be Vegas work history
do you have more house in South west or Summarin? what is the qualification for 1.99% interest?
@@shinywhitelotus Yes! There’s a few south of blue diamond and then a few more off flamingo and the 215. To get the 1.99% it just needs to be one of their quick move in properties that closes by the end of August (for now, that could change in a few weeks).
