Love your easy to follow recipes. I’m not in favour of the background music, probably because I’m old. I had to turn the sound down and then your voice is down as well and I love hearing you speak. Sorry to mention this but I’m sure you’d like your subscribers to give honest feedback.

Have you added cows milk or coconut milk
I've used buffalo milk. Using coconut milk will change the dish but you can definitely experiment!! 👨🍳
@@getcurried ok mam
Musique is no goud
Ideally you should not mix meat with milk
Yeah but there’s no scientific evidence to prove that is not good to do so.
Coconut milk is ok.
Is there a reason you shouldn’t mix meat and milk? I’m clueless and genuinely curious.
@@bethanybrooks158 its a cultural thing, but also quite scientific. Consuming milk with meat can cause issues like bloating, acid reflux, heartburn to name a few.
Lot of Indians consume milk with meat but back in the day and even today some Indians do not consume milk with meat, like someone said coconut milk and other non animal milk types were widely used back in the day even though Indian chefs today largely use milk and cream to enhance flavour.
@@historyandmore9555 Interesting! Thanks for the lovely explanation! 😊
