Then we have the doctors telling their poor patients that their chronic illnesses are just what happens as we get older, or, to eat very low carbohydrate-rich foods, and the high protein animal products. Just crazy and awful.

    Curious what your thoughts are for making teas on a raw vegan diet? Everyone talks about chemically changing structures and that being no bueno, but it's the same for teas (though teas and medicines might have a longer history than cooked foods, no idea). But gentuinely curious thoughts on boiling herbs for teas. I like making a tulsi/lemon grass straight from the garden (I live in the jungle of Costa Rica).

    Hello
    I have autonomic neuromuscular disease, not MS. Concrete muscle atrophy, especially on the hands, on the fingers. But it started with falling feet. They operated on me in such a way that they moved the tendons from the back of my leg forward so that now I can, with difficulty otherwise, but lift my foot. Except when I'm tired, my foot falls again. It's hard to hold it.
    I have been on a vegan, mostly fruit diet for 8 years, the condition has improved by, say, 50%, but I am still not healthy.
    What do you advise me? Do nerves regenerate, do muscles regenerate with fruit diet or just with exercise?
    Sorry for ang. language. Thank you.

    Well, I started doing part of those things like making more smoothies and fruit drinks. I guess in my vita mix blender and I did lose quite a bit of weight almost 40 pounds in a very short period of time and I would go to work and a lot of people would say wow you've lost so much weight. How did you do that and I'd say I don't know I just made a few changes in my diet and I have to say I've tried to lose weight before in other ways and it's never come off that fast. Unfortunately in the past several months I have adapted a little bit back to eating things I know I shouldn't be and I think I have gained some of the weed back so I think there's something to be said also for willpower but because I do have the rarest heart condition in the world and there's like it's like a one in 1 million thing that I have. Plus, I also have Crohn's disease and enteropathic arthritis. I had a stroke at one point in my life and I'm only 51 years old. I've had some health issues and if this really works it could change my whole life and my whole outcome I wish I would've known this sooner. Maybe I wouldn't have gotten heart disease, a 50 or 49 years old but here we are I will try to take a different approach and see what happens. My heart disease is caused by calcification. I have calcification deposits on my mitral valve, and also how I would describe it like a tumor of calcification near the mitral valve it's called amorphous is calcification of the mitral valve. Unfortunately, when I last had a CAT scan a little under two years ago. 95% calcified I ask my doctor what happens when it hits 100 he said we don't know because there's no cure. There's no medicine and there's no research and this is a top doctor from New York so it was frightening and it's just the simple things like fruits and vegetables can change all of that for me. It could be a game changer.

      I'm sorry to hear this. Doctors don't know anything about human health or nutrition, nor do they even know what causes diabetes. Reversing diabetes one fruit based diet, is very very very easy. Most people are not able to drink fruit juice right away with diabetes, however eating a low fat, raw vegan fruit based diet, you can heal yourself of insulin resistance, and as your body heals, you will be able to tolerate more and more fruit juice. I have helped countless people heal diabetes, most people with 1.5 or t2 can completly heal. Feel free to send me an email if you'd like to talk deeper. JeffJuices@gmail.com

    My concern is that too much fruit will be h.g hard on my kidneys and liver to process. Also, I need to lose about 30 pounds. If I cut out most foods except fruit, isnt that imbalanced? Diversity is so important to improve my microbiome. I am missing omega 3's too.

      eating a human diet of fruit based raw vegan foods is the only diet for humans, building muscle with working out will only be really really efficient if the body is clean though. some people like myself will have a hard time building muscle on the human diet until our bodies have fully detoxified and our intestines are better able to assimilate everytying we are eating. I recomend reading the 80-10-10 diet by doug graham who is a work class athlete also long time raw vegan and runs a fasting retreat as well

    • @hannahbanana6884
      @hannahbanana6884 Před 3 lety +7

      The fact that we can’t eat raw meat without getting deathly sick is proof that we are not carnivores like cats. Cats don’t cook their meat and if you give a cat cooked meat it will not eat it most the time and if it does eat it, it will get disease eventually. Carnivores don’t cook their meat. We are also not very fast, not fast enough to catch prey like predators and we don’t have flesh tearing teeth. Our intestines are too long to be in the carnivore category, carnivores have short intestines so the meat passes through quickly. Meat takes too long to go through our intestines and it rots before it has time to be eliminated. This rotting flesh turns to pus and creates an ideal environment for parasites, bacteria and viruses to thrive and start their families with such a plentiful food source.
      I’ll take fruits. I’m not killing any life, the tree that made the fruit keeps living after I eat it’s seeds, my body digests it’s quickly and easily and no pus or acids are made. The fruits kill parasites and clean them out and make me beautiful ☺️ kind of a no brainer

    • @evanh.6462
      @evanh.6462 Před 3 lety

      @@hannahbanana6884 see, I respect your view but it’s also not a no brained.. that’s why, while I follow guys like a Jeff a juices, Joel Furhman, etc, you should follow pro-meat eaters to challenge your views. I can link you to some
      Wonderful podcast shows that are pro omnivore.
      Yes, we can eat raw meat. I eat raw meat daily. My local eggs, goat milk, Grassfed ground beef, Grassfed liver, kidney, heart, bone marrow, and chicken (I don’t recommend eating raw chicken unless you’re buying from a local source that you can verify raises and harvests their chickens properly). We have stomach acid that reaches scavenger level.. that’s indicative of.... scavenging. We’re entirely capable of consuming raw meat. I assure you that scavenger pH isn’t for fruit. Also, I didn’t say we were carnivores... we’re omnivores. We may be meat specialized omnivores though.
      We aren’t fast and don’t have sharp tearing teeth so we shouldn’t eat meat? Do you realize the complete lack of evidence there? We have endurance to run for hours on end. We have the most sophisticated brains in earth. Archeology proves we were using hunting tools nearly 3 million years ago. We evolved with the use of tools. As far as teeth go, they work just fine for tearing flesh. We don’t need sharp teeth because we kill with tools. We did evolve from frugivores but 3 million years is a long time. Dogs and cats don’t have some unique advantage over us with their teeth for chewing up the actual flesh. They gulp and let their stomachs do all the work.
      Intestines? Why did our large intestines shrink by 80% and small intestines increased by >60% compared to our primate ancestors? Why are there various nutrients that are bioavailable on in animal products? (B6, B12, folate, retinol, heme iron, EPA, DHA? Why are the amino acid profiles so difficult to find beyond animal products, ESPECIALLY before agricultural revolution?
      Regarding rotting meat in my stomach attracting parasites and what not, that’s just not normal. Maybe you’re consuming shit meat from McDonald’s, but most of my meat absorbs and the rest is easily evacuated. I’ve had a GI-MAP feces test and am happy to share my results. I’ve also had a capsule endoscopy. No rotting meat, no parasites, no gut imbalances. The typical argument that meat rots in the stomach is vegan pushed propaganda. It’s easy to believe if you don’t challenge your beliefs.
      Bear in mind, I’m a health weirdo too. Lots of carnivore based eaters these days are. We’re all the same, seeking human optimization. I still do my day of exclusive fruit juice (extremely rare but done em), prolonged water fasts, prolonged dry fasts, coffee enemas, sauna, ice baths, homemade fermented water kefir, sauerkraut, etc, etc.
      I’m a health conscious individual and came to the conclusion that quality meat is vital and extremely healthy. Many people have. All I’m saying is: explore both sides. Don’t just go from SAD to frugivore diet, feel better, and immediately think that must be the optimal diet.. you never got to see how you felt on a properly structured meat based omnivorous diet with quality meat. You can’t possibly know how your body and brain would react yet.
