why cant I tp to my orb while I am phase shift? I need to press s then blink to the orb

You have to keep an option switched off. It's in the game options. It's an option called some thing like ' hold stop to interrupt channeling spells' once you turn that off you will be able to do that. That option is there so that it prevents cancelling of stuff like black hole by mistake.

you cant do the tp base then orb anymore with the bots channel time increase and the orb range talent gone
