    There is no bigger punishment to a musician than carpal tunnel, and arthritis. Especially one who is a wore torn combat vet, and music is his only antidote for his life's biggest demons. I need this so much.

      Have you done anything to get any better results? I am a drummer, love gaming, and code as well and my carpal tunnel is getting not so great. Not sure what to do. Getting a nerve conduction test soon.

    Thanks, as an amatuer/hobbyist artist whose real job is coding all day, I'm finding it increasingly easier to sit and type for hours without noticing but extremely harder for me to draw with being distracted or limited by my wrist cramping up. don't know if it's carpal tunnel, something close to it or the beiggings of it but I could feel the relief right away with these few simple exercises.

    I can thank you enough for this as these simple stretches provided so much relief. I never take ibuprofen and my wrist were in such pain. Within days of stretching the blockages were releases and no more inflammation Pain free for over a week now and very grateful.

      Epidemic 2.0 it could’ve been more affirmative. You may feel the pain in your hand but that’s not where it’s really at. The main problem is in your elbow and your wrist.

    For anyone suffering from this right now the only relief i found was putting my hands and wrists in a sink of ice water for aslong as i could, really helped day to day and after i left my seasonal job it went away so its probably something your doing that causes it 😮

      Excuse me. I don't feel any pain, but my wrist feel numb on the side that is opposite to the palm. Was it like this for you as well?
      And it feels like the hand is weak. As if I hadn't eaten for days, but it's just the hand. Was it like this?

      @@jejo_island I'm no expert, but I was doing it 3 times a day, and repeated 3 times per stretch. I started overdoing it, I won't advise you to do it, it will just set you back again. Good luck!
