    Hi, thank you for the clear video. Do you have a video explaining what is the body position you should have for the epidural placement?

    Excellent video Jessica👏🏿! I highly recommend the peanut ball! I’m a doula and whenever a client seems to have labor stall, using the peanut ball makes it go so much faster! I will definitely be using it for my 4th birth also in a few weeks 🤗! Thanks for sharing ❤️!

    I was induced but didn't dilate more that 4 inches after 27 hours..... It was getting unbearable coz the epidural was mostly going in my right side and extremely uncomfortable on my left. In the morning there was Midwife shift change who had me use a peanutball. Within 3 hours I was 11cm dilated and had my baby..I would suggest everyone to take peanutball with them to the hospital if they don't have it... Overprepared is always better than underprepared...

    Will you still have the urge to push if you have an epidural ?!! Saving this video my hospital provides a peanut ball thankfully!

    • @PregnancyandPostpartumTV
      @PregnancyandPostpartumTV  Před rokem

      It depends… if you have a “walking” epidural then, yes, but this can be a downside of an epidural. However, you may still feel your body start “grunting” and bearing down 💞

    Can you still use peanut balls if planning for natural birth?

    • @PregnancyandPostpartumTV
      @PregnancyandPostpartumTV  Před 2 lety +1

      Yes! Absolutely! Helpful for positioning even if you can move your legs and your leg can get tired holding it up without one for so long (or your birth partners arm will 🤣

    Can we use pillows instead, if there is no peanut ball available?
