- IT'S FINALLY OUT!!! what a crazy journey this has been for this little song I wrote a couple months ago on my uke. I wrote this because I felt stuck and empty towards the end of high school, feeling like the last four years were a lie. I felt like I didn't enjoy any of high school, nor did I have many fond memories that I would take with me to college, so the future was incredibly scary. I never went to prom, my friend group had dissipated, and I was mostly alone in my high school endeavors. Even though I had that "5.0 GPA" and was ready to leave for a prestigious university, I didn't know if it was all worth it. I would have never expected in a million years that this song would have blown up on tik tok and that so many people felt the exact same way! I am still in shock that this song reached so many of you guys. I wrote, recorded, produced the song all by myself in my bedroom that last couple of nights to give you guys this one. Enjoy this video of me dancing like a crackhead in my room at 3 AM. But in the very end, we just have to remember-- "let's live for now".

I've been looking SO LONG for a song like this everyone makes it seem like highschool is so fun but in reality it isnt most of the time

i’m in eighth grade and i’m scared this is goanna happen to me i’m seeing a college counselor and it feels like my life is already over before it’s begun i really don’t want that to happen.
remember that your life doesn't just magically end as soon as you leave school. my older brother was able go make a lot of memories with his friends only after highschool. he made most if his friends that he has now in college. even if your life isnt like a movie now, you can make it one later
