I really appreciate that you don't tell any spoilers for potential future episodes despite yourself clearly knowing having knowledge from the books and game. Great breakdowns after each episode
he tells us there's another character in the show who doesn't have hands like Stregobor. He sprinkles in little spoilers here and there, some big and some small, but he never fails to spoil something.

its crazy the other breakdowns are so dumb and simple, they just explain what we see happening in the show, this guy breaks everything down at its root and brings up stuff from the book, shows how complex and amazing of a story it is
The best breakdowns on CZcams! Other ones I've watched were so...blah. Literally telling me what I JUST watched! Not including any gems from the books or games that I may have missed. I haven't read the books or played the games, so a lot of what goes on goes over my head. Thank you for filling in the blanks for me and helping me love and appreciate this series even more! i don't understand Lambert's "cost us a brother" comment. Ciri had nothing to do with that. she never met Eskel until this episode and he (Eskel) had already fought, killed and been infected by the leshy which ciri had nothing to do with. only way i can make it work is that he's giving him shit about Ciri because he (Geralt) killed Eskel but the two have nothing in common. perhaps it's just poorly worded.

Tbh this episode was full of bs and weird illogical plot points. Constantly strange counterintuitive things sort of just happen out of the blue and are handed to us as if they are somehow smart.
From the dress in the wall, to Lambert just being a weird dick, to Geralt willingly putting Ciri in danger, while so far he has been protective of her, to the whole subplot in Aretuza which is soo superficial. Besides the first episode of season 2 so far the show doesn't feel inspired. It feels dull and contrived. Individual performances shine, but the plot is so ... bad...
why did they add the second monster it serves no purpose and breaks the immersion

Glad to have a witcher “adaptation” but of course Netflix is hollywood and alters the content..Eskel is alive in books and Witcher 3 game. a lot of wokeness in the show BUT Henry Keeps it somewhat balanced.
People overuse the word "wokeness"
lambert blaming ciri for eskel death is just stupid writing. The writers aren't very bright and i have very low expectation of s3.
