Around the time this album was released I had a nasty iv heroin habit. I was in self destruct mode in my 20's . My parents and twin brother all died within a year. I was convinced I was next. This album got me through it. Over 20 yrs clean now..........

the way she says "Let's go" feels like I'm gliding on the smoothest surface somewhere in the sky , every time.

You forget just how mad some Tori Amos tracks are!. Really should play more of her back catalogue and dust those cd's off and give them a spin.
She mentioned at a concert this was for a close friend...and hinted at a sexual relationship...who may have been in what sounded like an abusive relationship. And her message to this man was that she (Tori) would kick his ass.
Raspberry Swirl is a euphemism for cunnilingus. This friend wasn't intimately satisfied and Tori is saying that she is in love with this friend, she's her man. The only issue is she doesn't have proclivities towards women. But she thinks her friend deserves some good "raspberry swirl" from her dumb boyfriend and she wishes she could take care of it for her.

Well. I do have to say using children in a video about cunnilingus is off, whether you like an artist or not. To be fair to Tori's songwriting; most people haven't a clue what her songs even mean half the time but I do not like the use of children eating in a video about such a sexual matter. I haven't heard Tori explain the video or the song herself, only gone by what people online have said. But yeah, it's not very cool to me. It's horrible. Coming from a victim of rape too. Leave kids innocence out of adult matters. Ahh. To think this is the same 1990s which poked fun at Michael Jackson for singing Heal the World during the rise of Grunge. Seems it does need healing after all.

It's a music video, and there is nothing explicit in the song that would cause any children any harm.
Nor is there any sexualization in the video.
It takes a mature mind to figure these lyrics out, so, for me, I see no harm here.
I do have empathy for you for being a victim of rape. I am not playing that down in any way shape or form whatsoever. I just do not see any sexualization of these children here.
It's also interesting to see how the video cuts from the children throwing food to the boy walking on the table, pigs and all, two different scenes, and brilliant editing by the way.
