As far as Avatar goes, I think its mostly the appeal of James Cameron. The guy has a ton of reach and the movies are well made. People trust him to deliver a fairly strong movie no matter what.
I would put Deadpool in front of Moana 2 and Frozen 3. Because of Wish being garbage and just the general excitement of marvel fans of the return of Wolverine and Deadpool

Honestly, if the next three mcu movies (dead pool and wolverine, captain america and fantastic 4), are all good, i think the mcu could enter a new prime. Deadpool will be the inital push, it clowns the bad time of the mcu. Then if new captain america goes well, then it will peak intrwst in modern mcu, then if the fantastic four does wrll, then there will be interest in more stand alone movies. I thibk they should have swiched fantasic four and captain america bc you dont need to go see any other movues reaply for deadpool or fantaitc fiur, easing people back init the mcu, but o think thisnmight be the time for a new golden era
