I swear by these guys! I had terrible sciatic pain after a long trip in a car and I thought I would have to go to the ER but I tried their recommendations and it took it away quickly!
Their advice has helped me cope with siatica also. ❤️
They helped me to see it was the piriformis muscle for me and not sciatic. Was better in a day

I LOVE these guys. Proving you do not have to be glamorous or filtered and you can be 'of a certain age' to bring great info on youtube! These guys have helped me so much with my neck/back issues. Pain meds and bad doctors didn't do a thing but these guys and their great videos have helped me so much. Thanks Bob and Brad!!!
After having a glass of warm milk and doing about twenty minutes of stretches before going to bed, I usually have no problems sleeping until morning. Just like a baby, I wake up without any fatigue or stress in the morning. I was told there were no issues at my last check-up.

I referred you to my grandpa who did years of PT schooling and Teaching and all kinds of Biology. He has a injury now and I had to remind him that he needs to do his exercises! He can't get to his phsyical therapy right now but since he knows body mechanics and had been trained in it, I feel comfortable sending him your way as well. Thanks guys!

Bob & Brad are amazing and I have a ton of respect for their work and the tremendous value they add to peoples' everyday lives. They are true heroes. Having said that, when they do air squats together it reminds me of me and my family doing terrible dancing together at a wedding.
I discovered y'all years ago when searching for instructions on the Epley maneuver to help my mom with her BPPV. You offered the clearest instruction I found, together with explanations and ideas for modification if necessary. I played that video many times to refresh my understanding, and it always worked wonders for Mom's BPPV. I have returned here many times for different PT reasons, and I absolutely love seeing how you've grown this channel, yet still remain the knowledgeable, helpful, humorous, down-to-earth guys you've always been.

I’m recovering from a knee injury. I got out of physical therapy a month ago. Always great to see your videos! I’m trying to stay on routine and expand my routine!
Day 1 completed. Could not do the push ups properly but I will get there.
Day 2 completed. I was so lazy because I have been working all day and had a mere 4 hours sleep. But I pushed myself. I still could not do the push ups or planks but I will get there.
Day 3 completed. Still getting there.

I did 4 lots of exercises with Bob and Brad. I noticed how tense and sore every part of my body was and thought this won't make any difference.It did, after exercising I felt wonderfully stretched and relaxed.
I wish I could say I will keep doing the exercises, but I probably won't though I will try, but thanks for the exercises and the comedy.

How much exercise and what time before bed do you do this? I feel like its very easy to do too much and/or too close to bed time. What have you found?
I just saw this and, since you guys were doing it and timing it, decided to follow along. This is the first workout (besides walking) I've done in a few months. I also got a foam roller and some tennis balls after watching one of your back videos. It's already started to help. Thank you for doing what you do. You guys are great!

You can mimic the exercise on carpet or hard floor. I do them on carpet with socks on to create a little resistance. Works great. My knees feel much better. I do this exercise and then follow it up by staying in same position and just raising lower legs one at a time.
Your camaraderie alone is a lot helpful. Doing the workout would be a bonus. Thank you guys.

They are great. I've never been to physical therapist who really seem to care or do the right things they were really just interested in money and these guys are showing us this stuff on CZcams for free! And they're really good at it and it's fun
@@trinitywright7122 that and some chiropractors just want money I went to a chiropractor think 12 times anyway it cost 45.00 plus my ins would give them an extra 15.00 and they used the little tool on my neck and back for only 3 minutes I timed it. I haven't been back in months. The tool thingy felt good but I don't like they only worked on me for 3 minutes.

I always appreciate your videos and ideas for better health, and even try some things. But please, how about a few leg strengthening exercises for seniors who want to exercise but cannot get on the floor, or are otherwise restricted from some movements? Thank you both for providing a great public service.

Yes I just bought a kettle bell and I do one exercise for 8 mins before bed .. I feel good .. yes a hour before bed .. core kettle bell swing for core .. I only did a few .. core feeling it today ,. I was surprised I only did Only mins of it

This is a very nice routine, and I appreciate your generosity in putting it together - but do you have something similar that can be done standing, or better yet, seated on a chair? I have mobility issues that means floor exercises are virtually impossible for me, unfortunately. But would love to do something like this regularly!
