I bought the 7’2” mh last week and I’m absolutely in love.
It's a killer rod for the money no doubt. I throw alot of different things on it, senkos, mag neds, mag shakey heads even vision 110s

I don’t have the money to be spending on rods. In fact, until I bought your rod I only bought combos because they were cheap and work best for me. But now that I’m becoming better I wanted something that was more durable and affordable. (I am hard on my rods). When I came across your rods, I was so impressed that when ever they come in stock and I get the money. I will for sure be buying plenty more.
I have to say you are really good you explain stuff really well I have been watching dozens of jig videos trying to figure out what rod I should be using and all I have is a 7 foot medium heavy fast action and that’s what I’m going to use on a jig
Oh my Heck! My new favorite! Duuuup! My 4 wheeler drive all purpose rod. Got it for topwater. Started with texas rigs, then spinneybaits, then chatterwhozits, and finally topiwater! This is a rockett launcher. I got for Vixens, Spooks,Skitters and Mega Dawgs from the Juniors to the full size.....a Ding!
Only 3 rods I need. 6'10 medium moderate (jerkbaits , topwater, cranking) 7'6" heavy (swimbaits, glide baits , A rigs) and the 7' med heavy for everything else. I like parabolic rods too. You ever used the St Croix Bass X rods? They're awesome and come with a 5 year warranty. Can't beat that especially for the price.

I love the one I got. Only fished it for a year so far but good action feel when reeling in my Chatterbait. Yes the feel of the Rod is so important. Thanks Jacob great advice on touch.
Totally agree. That 7'0 MH is the best rod I own. Almost impossible to fish with anything else now! Especially great for chatterbaits.
I have this rod and the 7’3 medium heavy rod. I also have both spinning rods and the cranking rod. I love them all.

I have an old gander mtn titanium 7’ med heavy rod that’s also my favorite all around rod. Great spinnerbait rod!

I picked up this exact rod when it first came out. All I have to say is... WOW! The rod is the perfect balance of strength and sensitivity, also a pretty amazing color scheming as well. Great job with the design process @WheelerFishing I will definitely be picking a few more up soon.

@@owengarbade5545 Absolutely! It would be a little bit on the lighter side for a topwater rod, but you could definitely throw some poppers, walking baits, and some smaller frogs on it.

They are so light and such nice rods. Very very nice warranty within a year but I’ve broke both the 7’3 mh rods I’ve had.

Coukd you also talk about what reels you have paired up with each rod?
Rod length is more about how tall you are. So adjust longer or shorter from the middle . 5'-6 guy needs a 6'-6" middle rod. And a 6'-4 guy middle length rod of 7'-3" just an example. But still use Mr. Wheeler's length and action guidelines but maybe adjust to your height. What do you think JW.

I have Wheeler's cranking rod and love it. I have other glass cranking rods as well but Wheeler's is my favorite one. You won't regret it!

I noticed your rods have a shorter handle, is there a reason why you went that way? I've always had a hard time working walking baits and frogs because of the handle being too long for my forearms.
Just a question, I have looked at your poles on tackle Warehouse and I haven’t seen your 7’ 3” medium Heavy pole so is it at another website? I already own the 7’ 3” heavy as well as the 7’ 6” heavy and they are by far in my top five poles that I take when I go fishing!

I just got the signature paradigm. Do I have to run 12lb test? Or is that just a reference ? Please discuss this on a video!
It’s completely just a reference. I use everything from 10lb-25lb fluorocarbon on it and 30-65lb test braid

Same i had a 7.0 ft slx rod mdhvy it was a amazing rod till it broke recently
For about the same price you can get a st croix bass x rod. They're awesome rods. Parabolic and come with a 5 year warranty. If it breaks you get a new one for free.

@@justgotbit9199 no problem bro you're welcome. I think the bass x rods weigh about one ounce more than the slx rods but I think that's because they have two coats of sealant on them to make them last longer.

Hi Callisto, Medium Heavy is the power of the rod...Fast is related to the action...so most of these rods are fast in action.
He said they're parabolic which means they're most likely moderate fast.

You may wanna think of people who's sight might be going or just don't have good sight as all when trying to thread em. Next time you make a rod. I guess money is all on everyone's mind.. we all know as well for the average Joe or just a young child that wants to fish and want to throw any and all baits & catch any size fish. The market is way over saturated with rods and you guys make it very complicated for the newbies or novice fisherman or woman.. just something to truly think about in the future..
