The TPMS5 Tire Pressure Sensor System Tool Kit is used to diagnose sensors and relearn tire pressure monitoring systems (TPMS) on Domestic, Asian and European vehicles. Featuring vehicle-specific prompts that guide the technician through system relearns and programming of aftermarket sensors, the user-friendly TMPS5 completes the job without additional diagnostic equipment. The unit captures sensor data and displays PSI, ID, temperature battery status and automatically compares sensor ID data to Engine Control Unit (ECU) stored values. The TPMS5 is also capable of storing and sharing TPMS system reports allowing technicians to provide their customers with additional work detail. With Wi-Fi capability, the TPMS5 can be easily updated with the latest software to integrate the ever-growing database of vehicle information.

So does it require a scan tool or can this unit be used on its own for relearning?
as far as i can see it is a standalone system so it dont need another tool
@@axelraver I just went ahead and bought the autel,it's like a fraction of the price and is a stand alone unit. I absolutely love it and recommend it.
This is a standalone system. I just bought this till today and you do not need to scan tool to use this. All you do is hook up the OBD two connector to the vehicle and from there you can reprogram the sensor
@@madmike225 yeah i know of the autel. The maxisys ms906TS is a full scantool with tpms functionality integrated. I have used it for two years in a shop.
Does it program Schrader ez sensor? Are updates free?
Yeah there old tpms4 does so I believe this should as well .
I bought this and updates cost. I still have yet to get the obd portion to work, so I use my scan tool to get vehicles into learn mode
