You probably won't see this Karine, but I kinda grew up watching you. I'm 19 now, and you taught me so many things my narcissistic mother didn't. You feel like an older sister or a cool aunt to me. This info will only add to my life as I am an impatient person. I beg god every day for a chance for a job to get away from my terrible mother. I currently have applied to a couple of different jobs and I am in my "waiting season." I am keeping myself busy by taking care of my family, talking to a therapist once a week, enrolled in a certification course, and starting to go back to church. I definitely have moments of doubt and dread, especially with how the economy is going right now. After watching this video today, I know I am on the right path and I will be patient and continue to move forward. Thank you Karine!!
🔥 100% agree with you in this video and it could not have come at a better time. I too, believe that God makes us wait because: 1) He sees all and knows the best timing. 2) He wants you to learn something from a bad situation to prepare you for the blessing. For example, I was in a job who committed gross misconduct and I never saw it before. I whisle blowed and was bullied out if the job. I now know what a bad practicing company is, how it happens and why. I am now moving forward into managing roles that require me to lead by example. To which, I have seen both good and bad and learned from those experiences. 3) God has a blessing you always wanted, the timing needs to be right for the opposite person/job you are wishing for too for it to be fruitful. Patience is a virtue! 4) He needs to you learn patience so that you will cherish the blessing more and not become greedy. I can name loads more but I think you get the picture. I have been going through it lately and this video confirms that my faith is correct and what I am doing is correct. Thank you Karine! You've never steered me wrong ❤

Fantastic video! This truly speaks to my season! March 1st of 2023 was my last day of working at my previous job and I have been out of work for a year! But, I prayed and asked the Lord how to spend my time off and man!!!! My schedule FILLED ALL THE WAY UP! I became a volunteer online admin for two different groups and learned a lot about social media, I traveled, I spent more time reading the word and in prayer and was busier than when I was working! The growth that came from waiting for a new job and learning new skills while I did, can’t be bought! Good things truly take time 👏🏽❤
Yes!! Amen. I try to just "Be in the Moment", enjoy each day (not as if its my last) as if its the first time I'm seeing everything. Paying attention to details and questioning everything. Loved your advice and video ❤❤❤❤
My curls are not super tight, but they are a little tight. What I do to get my length is, around bed time, I section my hair(4 or 6 parts... 3 parts or 2 parts on each side), put some moisturiser with a little water for each section, rub it in, and run your fingers through a little bit to sort of detangle... Braid... A total of 4 braids or 6 braids. Sleep on it... Next morning, undo your braids, separate to your liking... Et voila! And then everyone goes:"Wow your hair grew so much"...😂 No girl! It's a trick. And yes, everyone is on their own time, path, and journey... Keep going and never ever ever give up. Getting out of the jam seemed impossible even 8 or 10 years ago but when there is a will, there is a way. As Fumi Desalu Vold would say: "What is delayed is not denied" Better late then never.
I've been impatient All my life! I had to wait for even the simplest things. I had to wait 10 YRS to get a new job b/c I hated the one I was at. I spent so much $ on resume writers & LinkedIn etc. Hindsight, the lessons it took 7yrs to learn definitely helped me big time in my current job
