Seeing the old photo of the residents when the house was lived in made it quite sad to see the decay of the property now. Still a great video though 👍

in the early days of photography, victorian era england, you had to have quite a long exposure time for the image to be projected onto film. because of this, photographing children was incredibly difficult. coupled with low life expectancy for children, it became common practice to create "memento mori" or of pictures of children that were taken post-mortem, where they'd take the corpse and pose it perhaps with it's favorite toy, riding a bike, so the family could have a lasting happy memory of their dead baby. i think that's part of the reason why you can feel the creepiness oozing from these types of photographs.
Started to watch it then I said what the fuck you doing. Sat in the middle of the field in a tractor with my head bowed down. One of the guy's thought I passed out. No no I'm on the phone 😂fuck sake guys will watch when finished work. By the way your videos are fucking awesome. 🚜

Hey there guys! Sending kudos from Washington State, USA. This was an *old* house: that fireplace alone is a testament to that. So, Lloydie was hearing some noises, and he wasn't wrong about that. This is what I caught:
2:47 "Rats!" A male whisper, as y'all are looking into the kitchen drawer full of detrius.
3:07 "It's not...READY!" Male whisper, as y'all are going into the room with the staircase.
3:09 "It's ready...mate!" Another male voice, oddly "tinny" sounding. It sort of echoes.
7:35 "Let's see!" Female whisper, very quiet, as Al opens the briefcase.
9:52 Very loud thump. Sounded like it was behind and above Lloydie, but not made by Norton.
9:56 "Don't...KNOW!" Male whisper, very hard to hear, after Lloydie asks Al: "Is that you?".
9:59 "Right here!" Very faint whisper after Lloydie says: "Doing that noise?".
10:02 "The door MOVED!" Super quiet whisper as Al moved the cupboard door and asks: "Was it this?".
10:07 "But a door moved!" A child's voice, very faint, right before Lloydie says: "Well I did!".
10:19 Gagging sound as the camera pans around the bathroom.
10:35 "Hi!" Female voice, high-pitched, in the background right before Lloydie says: "I thought, I thought--".
18:32 "Could be!" Gruff, guttural male voice right after Norton says: "--isn't it?" and Lloydie says: "Shhh, shhh, shhh!".
This place was interesting, to say the least. Don't know if you guys believe in the paranormal, but you caught some interesting stuff in this old house. Keep up the good work! :)
These types of videos are my current obsession and it honestly makes me melancholy and sad seeing places like this.
And the thought of people forgotten, it makes me want to learn more, whether it be what they did in the war or what they did as a job etc.
And of course what happened to them/the place which resulted in the abandonment.

The cupboard is a refirgerator built into the wall, you shove block ice in the bottom, there is a drain in the back... And yes, your beer could go in there, right along with that leftover turkey. Which means the thermos being in the is redudant. Old habits die hard... Lol Back in the day, this house was something else! Many, Many years old... Thanks Again Fellas 🙄

That was a 1971 Super Beetle. It had the flat windshield with the Super Beetle front end. That model was the hybrid one inbetween years before they went to the curved windshield with larger dash. I know I had one. I have never seen one that is right hand drive. Would be very rare and valuable.

Ahhh I love your videos guys but this one really made me feel sad. And puzzled. The paper was 2016 and the Internet gadget, they're Way out of time for that place. The decay, mould, damp, state of that once beautiful place looks to be twenty years prior to the newspaper. Did someone drop those in to piss people about date wise? It's so sad beyond the terrible state of the house there was a beautiful cosy home with internal architectural typical of its good Welsh age. That's seen generations of people and now just a photo left. Urbex sometimes is incredibly sad 😔 The VW Beetle was a fabulous find, and the kissy camera with Norton really made me laugh cheering me up. Great video guys 😊
maybe if you lot had read more books you'd know the umbrella with the funny handle is a shooting stick unbrella, the two halves fold down for you to sit on with it stick in the ground.......

The 3 photos, the one in the middle is Commander Guy Gibson one of the men from the Dam Busters raids in WW2 and there also is a picture of his wife in the house that we found the other day

Going to all these crumbling houses and wading through the backwash of people's forgotten lives... Does it ever get to you? I mean the visceral, in-your-face brutality of the endless march of time? One minute that house represented somebody's life, somebody's home. Then they get too old and too ill to look after the place and themselves, then nature tries to reclaim it. These places represent such a savage display of how transient and ultimately pointless our lives are? I like to lend people books so we can talk about them. Same with DVDs, but I just stream stuff these days. Haven't bought a DVD in years. I still buy books though, the Kindle just isn't the same. Funny really seeing as most of my sales as an author are ebooks? Still, hey ho. See you next time! :P
