Introduction to McKinsey PEI interview preparations

Through our work with BuildaSkill, we have noticed several questions coming from candidates when preparing for McKinsey personal experience interviews, such as: “How do I pick the right PEI story?”, “How do I tell my PEI story in the best way?”, or “What should I expect from the PEI interview?”
In this set of videos, we do mock interviews for McKinsey PEI, together with a thorough analysis of how the candidate performed and what the interviewer is looking for. We also describe common mistakes that we see candidates make as part of PEI interviews.
