Me too! Though most of it is diet I think since I’m keto for Heath reasons. I love being able to workout and not feel bad about myself because I’m unable to follow along! He makes everything so easy!

Seriously, it has been years since I exercised. My life came to a halt after the death of my brother who was my best friend, really my best friend I would see him almost every single day and travel with him just do everything with him. This year I went on my husbands CZcams account and came across this channel and decided one day I need to make a change and for once I am realizing I need to live my life without him and I have to pull myself out of this hole. I can actually say you helped me, although you are not actually in my living room you make me feel like I can do this with no judgement and to be happy with myself. I have been faithfully doing these workouts almost everyday for the last month and I really am feeling good emotionally and physically. There is a kindness about you that is probably changing a lot of peoples lives. Thank you
I'm sorry to hear about your brother. I too lost my brother last year. Our relationship diminished over the years but that doesn't mean it hurts less. 2 weeks ago I lost the love of my life. My ex boyfriend. I've known him since I was 18 and we have been friends for about 30 years. I miss him with all my heart. I wish I could have one more talk with him I would have told him how much I love him. Anyway, I like this dude. I did the other workout and it is great. I'm definitely trying this one : )

Despite lots of medical reasons to have a regular exercise program, I usually characterize myself as “lazy and undisciplined.” Once I discovered this channel, and the tremendous encouragement of Daniel and the team, I am now exercising faithfully (5-6 times/week - my Fitbit loves it!). I am finally really appreciating my body for all it is and does for me every minute of every day. (PS ~ I am 77 and love keeping up you “youngsters”!)
I've done many, many workouts over the years, and no one has inspired me as much as Daniel. He makes me want to push myself, where as other trainers have made me feel bad if I couldn't keep up or needed a break. I'm SO grateful for this program! ❤

I love how your exercises can be done in a small space plus its designed for an overweight person like me where movements are friendly - nothing too complex - but will definitely help in building strength (especially i have not done a single exercise for the past few years since i sinked in anxiety and depression-- i will start doing this daily. Watching this has inspired me and sparked something in me to start over. So wish me luck. These are exercises for real people... and not too intimidating. Thank you.
Good for you!! My sister got me started on TBP three weeks ago & I LOVE these workouts. I picked my 7 favorite workouts & put myself on a schedule to do one each day. I can't do as many or as fast as Kristen, Tash & the rest of the team, BUT it is a start. I LOVE how positive Daniel is. I had been looking for a workout plan for months, but most of them feature people who are already fit. HOW is that supposed to inspire me? Kristen is my inspiration, she is fabulous!!

I've been exercising to Body Project videos for 2 months now and have so far lost 20 pounds! The workouts are fulfilling and I love the encouragement from the trainers. This particular workout was a nice change of pace, in that I really felt like I got a good workout without feeling breathless, as I still struggle with controlling my breathing during most cardio workouts. The resistance and control training was great and really helped me focus on where these exercises are improving muscle strength and endurance. Thank you so much for providing these workouts and encouraging people like me every step of the way!

This is my favorite workout from all your videos. I've been following them for about 5-6 months now (and with weights!), and it's really helped me adopt a healthier lifestyle. I have PCOS, so it's really difficult for me to lose weight, but I've lost a couple and just knowing I'm making some progress is such a wonderful feeling. Seeing everyone do their best even while struggling makes the whole thing feel more genuine and relatable, and Kristen, Tash, and Daniel's energy plus his speeches really help me get through every workout and keep me motivated. this man is so kind and motivating and pushes you without being condescending, the people featured on body project all have different body types which makes me feel sooooo validated. It really shows that you should move and work out because you *love* your body and not because you hate it. Every body is valid and every body needs some kind of movement to be healthy and that should always be the goal. When doing these work outs i sometimes fall behind and am so impressed that the poeple in the videos seem to just push through it very easily and gracefully, yet somehow I never feel bad about it because I consider them my friends and i am proud of their progress while they are surely proud of mine, too. All of them are amazing and powerful, love working out with them xx
I am 41 and have taken care of everyone but myself for a long time now about a month ago I decided it was my turn I went on youtube and looked up beginner workouts and found Body Project. I have worked out with them everyday since. I am down 13 lbs so far and will continue to do the work. I have lost so many family members and I want to be here for my kids for a long time to come. This is my favorite kind of cardio. Low impact with slow resistance so you have time to think about tightening and contracting...instead of rushing the movement and not getting as much out of it. Thank you!
I just finished the 14-day Fabulous 50’s New You challenge from your fellow Aussie. Now I am ready for something more challenging. I have lost 50 lbs. on Weight Watchers and plan on losing 60 more. I am 68 but feel younger.

I started doing these workouts a year after COVID when I had gained weight and generally felt depressed. These were a game changer, especially with Daniel's encouraging dialogue, sometimes producing tears mixed with sweat as I believed in myself more. I had stopped doing them in the spring, hoping to get outside more Being a nurse at a hospital -I need these workouts now more than ever, so I returned to the videos and have made a commitment to making them part of of my routine for mental health. I work with students with intellectual disabilities and some do not have a lot of stamina or motor skills. We have been using these videos since fall while the gym was closed due to covid. I can't say enough how much we enjoy these videos and how it has helped us stay in shape! Thank you!

This was one of the first CZcams workouts I’ve actually finished in a while. I loved the encouragement and the affirmations throughout the video. It really helps me to keep going. I also really appreciate that pausing and taking a break arent looked down upon. In a lot of other videos it’s encouraged to just keep pushing, but usually I push and then get so exhausted I can’t finish the workout. This was great, thank you so much

Team body saved us from Covid. My husband and I were at home with the virus and decided to fight it with exercise. We are so grateful we escaped it and are continuing our workout with Alex and Daniel . Love it and are recommending it to our friends.

I have tried so many "at home" workouts as I just don't have the initiative to go to the gym (although I love it when I'm there!). Rain and wind puts me off leaving the house 🤣 I absolutely love your videos!! It's so much fun! I love that you have "everyday" people working out with you, and not skinny people! After surgery in January to fix a bulging disk, I can now do two 30 minute workouts at a time. I'm getting much stronger and in better condition than I've been in over 30 years. I'm getting more confident in my ability to keep up and plan on getting a membership. Thank you so much for the free videos because they are what has gotten me started to what I hope is the "habit" I will have until the end of my life.

This is my favorite workout from all your videos. I've been following them for about 5-6 months now (and with weights!), and it's really helped me adopt a healthier lifestyle. I have PCOS, so it's really difficult for me to lose weight, but I've lost a couple and just knowing I'm making some progress is such a wonderful feeling. Seeing everyone do their best even while struggling makes the whole thing feel more genuine and relatable, and Kristen, Tash, and Daniel's energy plus his speeches really help me get through every workout and keep me motivated. this man is so kind and motivating and pushes you without being condescending, the people featured on body project all have different body types which makes me feel sooooo validated. It really shows that you should move and work out because you *love* your body and not because you hate it. Every body is valid and every body needs some kind of movement to be healthy and that should always be the goal. When doing these work outs i sometimes fall behind and am so impressed that the poeple in the videos seem to just push through it very easily and gracefully, yet somehow I never feel bad about it because I consider them my friends and i am proud of their progress while they are surely proud of mine, too. All of them are amazing and powerful, love working out with them xx
I am 41 and have taken care of everyone but myself for a long time now about a month ago I decided it was my turn I went on youtube and looked up beginner workouts and found Body Project. I have worked out with them everyday since. I am down 13 lbs so far and will continue to do the work. I have lost so many family members and I want to be here for my kids for a long time to come. Thank you for motivating me to get back to feeling good about myself.

This is my favorite kind of cardio. Low impact with slow resistance so you have time to think about tightening and contracting...instead of rushing the movement and not getting as much out of it. Thank you!
I just finished the 14-day Fabulous 50’s New You challenge from your fellow Aussie. Now I am ready for something more challenging. I have lost 50 lbs. on Weight Watchers and plan on losing 60 more. I am 68 but feel younger.

I started doing these workouts a year after COVID when I had gained weight and generally felt depressed. These were a game changer, especially with Daniel's encouraging dialogue, sometimes producing tears mixed with sweat as I believed in myself more. I had stopped doing them in the spring, hoping to get outside more Being a nurse at a hospital -I need these workouts now more than ever, so I returned to the videos and have made a commitment to making them part of of my routine for mental health. Thank you Body Project for making these available and for spreading love and acceptance as part of a healthy workout routine.

This was one of the first CZcams workouts I’ve actually finished in a while. I loved the encouragement and the affirmations throughout the video. It really helps me to keep going. I also really appreciate that pausing and taking a break arent looked down upon. In a lot of other videos it’s encouraged to just keep pushing, but usually I push and then get so exhausted I can’t finish the workout. This was great, thank you so much

Team body saved us from Covid. My husband and I were at home with the virus and decided to fight it with exercise. We are so grateful we escaped it and are continuing our workout with Alex and Daniel . Love it and are recommending it to our friends.

Thank you body project!!! I am 59 years old, and I surely do need this program! I love your style and it's not so grueling and I am able to finish and feel good!! I don't have to leave my house to go to a class where it takes time and effort just to get out the door. I am saving time doing this from my home, and as we all know, 2020 was a struggle, in more ways than one.

I have tried so many "at home" workouts as I just don't have the initiative to go to the gym (although I love it when I'm there!). Rain and wind puts me off leaving the house 🤣 I absolutely love your videos!! It's so much fun! I love that you have "everyday" people working out with you, and not skinny people! After surgery in January to fix a bulging disk, I can now do two 30 minute workouts at a time. I'm getting much stronger and in better condition than I've been in over 30 years. I'm getting more confident in my ability to keep up and plan on getting a membership. Thank you so much for the free videos because they are what has gotten me started to what I hope is the "habit" I will have until the end of my life.
