Personally, I've always felt some annoyance about women. And really I don't like those stupid games, because it is waste of time. And yeah, I've never pursued women really. I've made a mistake only once, but this mistake lead me to this point. Sometimes harsh experiences awake inner strength and clearing the way through the lots of bullshit that was spread throughout lives.
I think some men just sleeping sigmas inside or unconscious about it. For instance, some people may say «it is wrong to be that», like programming of «being sigma is a bad thing». But it is you who decides who you will be and want to be. And being sigma is a good thing, really, from the psychological point of view. I suppose sigma is the most psychologically healthy individual, than others. And the most mature in some sense, while the same alphas or betas sometimes even act like spoiled children, measuring their penises with each other, which is ridiculous.

I can't believe how much I attract woman now that I am 53 than when I was in my 20s/30s. Is it because I ignore them now? I'm twice divorced. I think I am sigma. I'm in decent shape and decent looking, but at the gym lately, I'm getting a lot of women of all ages trying to flirt with me. (And the gay men too.) I keep to myself in the gym and don't speak to anybody. And I just keep ignoring them. I do mostly the stationary cycling and these chicks will set up there workout directly in front of me. They expect me to hit on them. I've told a few to move over a bit and out of my direct sight as a courtesy to me and they go nuts. It is true about the chasing thing. Stupid women always want what they don't have.
I'm 50. My story is the very same. They come next to u or they give u mean looks or that fake smile to real you in or they start taking off thier tops to show thier back muscles or jus to show off. They plot well. Wasted energy in my eyes. Jus say hello my name is this or that. To much ego. Bending over stretching I mean its what they do It's amazing once you innerstand them. They give you strong looks. Cut you off and anticipate ur nex machine. Their boyfriend's give you evil looks. When that happens you know. Only the insecure guys gives you evil looks tho. I've seen the secure ones leave thier woman on the other side of the gym. We do pay attention. We observe very well without showing. The secure guys that is. The gay guys smile and stare.😂😂. The gay guys with the hot chicks and the hot chicks jus watch. One lady came up to me and said are you a professional athlete? I said we all are. She laughed but that was her pick up line. I'm flattered but wasn't interested so I jus stay to myself and continue to work on myself. If she's hot I'll entertain as I've done in the past. Sealed the deal an that's the only way I'll do it. It's jus part of the BENIFITS of jus being you. Not caring how others see me jus because I work on myself every day. So that's what they are seeing.. Thanking the most high for my blessings being humble and respectful no matter. Held the door for this lady she never said thank you I jus smile because I know why. I fall in this category 100%. I've been who I am as long as I can remember. I've never tried to change anything, and I don't think someone can change something to become a sigma. I'm from a family of 10, and I'm the only one like a sigma. I don't need anybody to be happy. I've always been like that. As it is said in this video (and all other videos about sigma males), I feel VERY good when I'm alone in nature, but I can be very funny and social ONLY if I really want to. So I don't think a beta/alpha can change to become a sigma. It's how we are, injustice enrage me, and chasing games with women always anoyed me. It's our nature, and nothing will ever change us. So I think your answer is NO!
Spend ALOT of time alone. To the point where you’re very comfortable being alone. Learn to enjoy being alone. After that. Do hardcore shit, work hard, gym hard, diet hard. Once you get that down. Get your style. Done. Also my number one sigma quote, “walk like you’re the king, or walk like you dont care who the king is” that is partly genetic I believe. But you get the idea.
I think I'm one but I'll tell you that if I am, it's developed organically from a shitty childhood. I love being alone but am good with the right kind of company. I've had to do a lot for myself since very young and so being this way as an adult is no problem at all. When I take stock of my traits, both good and bad, I can see how they connect to my upbringing. I would say you can learn to be this personality type but not like someone who has been that way naturally as far back as they can remember.
