Here's how I personally deal with this topic when it comes to my wife. If my wife does something to piss me off (which starts an argument) and she decides to ignore me and I know morally I am in the right, I will simply ignore her back. I will leave and go on my own, or do my own thing. Usually after she thinks about it for a while she will come back and apologize, at that point everything is fine again in my point of view. I don't disrespect her, or even act hostile towards her. I go on as if nothing happened. I simply go on on my about my day. Once I go on my own I do some heavy self reflection, and if I determined I was wrong, I will go back and apologize. I will only do it once, if she decides to still stay mad at that point, that's on her. Once I apologized, I don't care either way. I will continue on my way until she decides to let it go. I don't play games, period. If I apologize, that's only because I realized I was wrong, and that action itself should be enough as I NEVER apologize unless I know I was in the wrong. I never apologize to simply defuse a situation, that's cowardly behavior. Further on, I continue to analyze what I did wrong and work towards fixing it so to avoid further conflicts in the future.
Easier solution turn around & walk away a person of this nature has no business in your world unless your trying to destroy yourself, men of our mentality deserve better quality or nothing at all, we are the prize we bring more to the table than most.

This mostly goes for women who’s interests are in social status and attraction, if that interest isn’t met or aligns with someone criteria they usually will ignore.
