they definetly need to go down the aspect of Refs looking back at replays to make more a impactful judgement, regardless if it is pre determined, that could be a whole other aspect of WWE that has yet to be done.

Also, I don't think WWE are there yet with the talent. Seth, Owens, DP, etc, aren't the main event standards of the attitude era. I would say they're at the mid-carders level of that era, so not as good as Stone Cold, Triple H etc. People should look back to those guys' careers in the early years, like Austin at King of Ring 96, winning the IC title, you could see greatness was coming. Not just from him, but the guys he fought were becoming great talents as well, from a yearly to a weekly basis.
Now, you get some good talent fighting some ok talent and it's not good enough.
However, the women's roster is happening, still needs to improve a bit but it's better than the attitude era because apart from Lita, Chyna and Trish there wasn't much decent talent back then unlike there is now.
The only mega star theybhave right now is Punk & cody& Orton. And as much a legend as orton is hes not a big star world wide like Punk & cody is not on punks level either. They have potential mega stars like LA Knight & Jey Uso but they are wasting their potential and i think if marketed correctly chad gable could be a huge star aswell . But right now Punk is the only mega star
