Some of the products she used are good for curly hair too. I think it depends more on porosity than hair pattern. If you have low porosity, these can work well for some things. Also rosemary oil like Lena used is great for hair growth for all hair types.

I have hair that is very different from yours, yet I can relate so much with your hair care routine. I loved the tips you shared. I also started using an oil by massaging it on my scalp and hair (as a pre-poo ) and then doing a wash day routine,this helps with hair growth.
